WPP30
Yealink WPP30 — a key-fob sized wireless presentation pod that plugs into a laptop and sends the picture to the meeting room display at the press of a button. No software is installed, and the pod encodes the picture itself.

Up to four streams can be shown on the main screen at once
A full-featured USB type C connector, with a USB-C to USB-A adapter in the box
No software to install; the application starts on its own once the pod is plugged into the laptop
Annotation, whiteboard and remote control
AES encryption and WPA security
220 × 38 × 16 mm, 75 g, typical consumption 2.2 W
The pod plugs into a port on the laptop and sends the picture to the room display at the press of a button. No software has to be installed, as the encoding is handled by hardware in the pod. That is the difference from sharing through an application, where a guest runs into installation rights and system versions.
The WPP30 serves both as wireless sharing to Yealink systems and in BYOD mode, where a guest sends their picture to the screen without touching the room in any other way. For the MTouch Plus touch controller the pod is listed as optional accessory and plugs into its USB-A port.
Up to four streams can be shown on the main screen at once. In meetings where material from several people is compared, the presenters therefore do not have to take turns. The pod also does annotation, whiteboard and remote control.
No software to install, so a guest needs neither administrator rights nor preparation beforehand
The USB-A adapter is in the box, so the pod works with a laptop that has no USB-C port
Up to four streams on the main screen, so presenters do not have to take turns
AES encryption and WPA security, so the sharing is not an open wireless transmission
The box holds the pod and the USB-C to USB-A adapter. Leave a lanyard, case or extension cable out of the quote for now.
The pairing procedure differs between Yealink devices. The pod pairs by being plugged into the endpoint's USB-A port, and the exact procedure differs by model.
The list of compatible devices is kept in a separate document, which we will go through for the customer's device.
The main screen shows up to four simultaneous streams. Allow for that in larger halls and talk to us.
In a complex room or through a wall the wireless range has to be checked on site.
The WPP30 is unavailable in the United States market. For deliveries into international projects, check availability in advance.
Where the pod belongs
In rooms where people from outside share content too, that is meeting rooms used with suppliers and customers. That is where it shows most that a guest has nothing to install. On the MTouch Plus controller the pod plugs into its USB-A port and is listed as optional accessory, so order it separately.
Keep warranty out of the product description
Our price list mentions two years of hardware warranty on the WPP30. We will confirm the warranty period for this product at order time. Warranty terms belong in the commercial part of the quote, not in the technical description of the pod, and we handle them with you separately.
Verify compatibility per device
The pod pairs through the endpoint's USB-A port and the procedure differs by model. Tell us which Yealink device the pod is to work with at the customer, and we will verify both compatibility and the pairing procedure for you before you quote.
How many pods for a room
Up to four streams on the main screen implies several presenters in the room. For meeting rooms where every seat should have its own pod, we will confirm the number in advance.

A meeting room where people from outside share content too. An environment where users have no rights to install software. A room with an MTouch Plus controller, which has a USB-A port reserved for the pod. Meetings where material from several people has to be compared side by side.
Which Yealink endpoint the pod is to work with. How many pods the room should get. What ports the users' laptops have, as the USB-A adapter is in the box. What the distance and the obstacles are between the presenter's seat and the endpoint.
The VCH51 Pro hub where the laptop should be connected by cable and charge at the same time. The BYOD-BOX where the room has no room system of its own and the laptop should take over the camera and audio too. Wireless sharing built into the MTouch Plus where AirPlay, Miracast or GoogleCast is enough.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.

Support: the AMS extended warranty, order it with the device
The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the system and the mounting through configuring the platform and the room account to training the users and handing over documentation.
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

Order codes. AMS for the WPP30 510102001704 for one year, 510102001373 for two years and 510102001371 for three years. PrimeCare is not ordered for the presentation pod; the programme is tied to the room size class of the MVC, MeetingBar, MeetingBoard and BYOD systems.
The Yealink WPP30 requires no software installation. The pod has built-in hardware encoding, and once it is plugged into the laptop the Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod application starts on its own. The picture is then shared at the press of a button.
The Yealink WPP30 shares the picture up to 4K at 30 frames per second with hardware encoding. Up to four streams can be shown on the main screen at once.
Yes. The Yealink WPP30 has a USB type C connector and a USB-C to USB-A adapter in the box. The pod connects into the computer's USB-A or USB-C port, so older laptops are covered too.
The Yealink WPP30 pairs by being plugged into the USB-A port of a Yealink endpoint, and the pairing procedure differs between devices. Compatible devices are kept in a separate document. We will confirm compatibility for the customer's specific device.
The Yealink WPP30 box holds the pod and a USB-C to USB-A adapter. Leave a lanyard, case or extension cable out of the quote as part of the delivery for now; we will confirm the contents for a specific order.
The Yealink WPP30 uses AES encryption and WPA security. The customer's specific network rules and content handling are, however, a matter for their administrator to assess. We are glad to go through it with them alongside the room's network setup.
