Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

You hereby grant consent to atlantis telecom spol. s r.o., with registered office at Štěrboholská 1427/55, 102 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 60466189, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 26780 and to atlantis software spol. s r.o., with registered office at Štěrboholská 1427/55, 102 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 28365399, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 136385 (hereinafter the "Controller"), to process the following personal data pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Personal Data Protection Act"):

• first name and surname

• company name

• email

• telephone number

• job position

First name, surname, company name, telephone number and email must be processed for marketing purposes. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years.

You expressly consent to the processing described above. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details: Email: gdpr@atlantis.cz Post: atlantis telecom spol. s r.o., Štěrboholská 1427/55, 102 00 Praha 10.

Processing of personal data is carried out only by the Controller; this personal data will not be provided to third parties.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to: withdraw consent at any time; request information from us about what personal data of yours we process; request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data; request access to such data from us and have it updated or corrected; request that we delete this personal data; in case of doubts about the fulfilment of obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us (email: gdpr@atlantis.cz).
