MSpeaker II Black
Yealink MSpeaker — soundbars that bring audio to rooms where the host device has no speakers of its own. Two models: the MSpeaker II with a stereo pair of speakers and a 3.5mm line input, and the MSpeaker Pro with four speaker units and both power and audio over a single network cable.
Audio output for a host, not a standalone device
MSpeaker II, stereo, 10 W RMS, 87 dB at 1 m
MSpeaker Pro, four speakers, up to 95 dB at 1 m
Connected over VCH, and over 3.5mm on the MSpeaker II
Powered over PoE, or from the adapter in the MSpeaker II box
Up to four units per host
Order code | Model | What it is | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|---|
1306029 | MSpeaker II Black (this product) | a two-speaker soundbar, with a 3 m 3.5mm audio cable and a power adapter in the box | adding audio to the UVC86 and UVC84 cameras, the SmartVision 80, the AVHub, a MeetingDisplay and the MeetingEye 500, including hosts that offer only a 3.5mm line output |
1306038 | MSpeaker Pro | a four-speaker soundbar for medium and larger rooms, powered and connected by a single network cable, with a wall mount in the box | new projects with the SmartVision 80, UVC86, AVHub, AVBridge or AP08, where the sound has to be louder and fuller |
Both models are audio output for a host, not standalone devices. The audio is sent to them by the camera, the AV processor or the system they are connected to, and the microphone is always a separate line item.
MSpeaker II: two built-in speakers in stereo, 10 W RMS and 87 dB sound pressure at one metre
MSpeaker II: frequency response from 100 Hz to 20 kHz and a signal to noise ratio of ≥ 70 dB
MSpeaker II: a VCH port with PoE to 802.3af and a 3.5mm line input, with a DC 48 V / 0.7 A adapter in the box
MSpeaker Pro: four speaker units, rated at 12 W on PoE and 24 W on PoE+
MSpeaker Pro: 93 dB sound pressure on PoE and 95 dB on PoE+, measured at one metre
MSpeaker Pro: a single VCH port carrying both power and audio over one network cable
Up to four units cascaded per host, on the MSpeaker Pro in a star topology
A wall mount in the box on both models, and the MSpeaker II can also sit on the table
Both soundbars are the audio output of the room. They receive audio from the host, that is from an intelligent camera, from the AVHub AV processor, from the AVBridge DSP or from the MeetingEye 500 system. They do not place calls and have no platform of their own, so the meeting is always run by the host. Voice pickup is a separate line item, typically the VCM35 table microphone or the CM20 ceiling microphone.
The MSpeaker II has two speakers in stereo, 10 W RMS and 87 dB sound pressure at one metre. Alongside the VCH network port it also has a 3.5mm line input, so it connects to a host that offers only a line output, and it carries its own power adapter in the box. The MSpeaker Pro has four speaker units, rated at 12 W on PoE and 24 W on PoE+, and 93 dB and 95 dB of sound pressure respectively at one metre. It has no line input and works only over the VCH port, but a single network cable is enough for both power and audio.
The MSpeaker II pairs with the SmartVision 80, the UVC86 and UVC84 cameras and the AVHub, up to four units per host, and further with a MeetingDisplay and the MeetingEye 500 system, where the Audio port takes up to eight. The MSpeaker Pro pairs with the SmartVision 80, the UVC86 and the AVHub, again up to four units, and further with the MeetingEye 500 and with the AVBridge and AP08, where up to eight are supported. MSpeaker soundbars do not pair with MeetingBar video bars or MeetingBoard touch displays, as those devices carry audio of their own.
Adds audio where the host of the system has no speakers, typically to the SmartVision 80 and UVC86 cameras or to the AVHub
The MSpeaker Pro needs a single network cable, with power and audio running over it together
Up to four units cascaded per host, on the MSpeaker Pro in a star, so a larger room is covered by adding units
The MSpeaker II has a 3.5mm line input, so it also handles a host that offers no VCH port
A wall mount is in the box on both models, and the MSpeaker Pro also fits the AV bracket 3311110 under the MeetingDisplay MD65, MD75 and MD86
These are not standalone devices. Without a host, that is without a camera, an AVHub, an AVBridge or a MeetingEye system, they have nothing to play.
The MSpeaker II is a run-out item, production has ended. Choose the MSpeaker Pro for new projects and keep the MSpeaker II for additions and replacements in existing installations and for the MVC860-C5-710 system it is part of. We confirm stock availability with your order.
MSpeaker soundbars do not pair with the MeetingBar and MeetingBoard ranges. For those rooms, look for audio elsewhere.
The MSpeaker Pro has no power adapter in the box. Power comes from PoE, and the full 24 W and 95 dB only from PoE+. Add the PoE source to the quote.
The MSpeaker Pro has no 3.5mm line input. The host must have a VCH port, otherwise this model is not an option.
Bluetooth in the MSpeaker II is reserved for future use. Do not promise the customer wireless playback.
Watch the firmware versions. The UVC86 camera from 151.435.0.30, the MeetingEye 500 from 280.320.0.130, and the MSpeaker Pro itself from 341.435.0.50 for the AVBridge and AP08.
Which model for a new project
New installations call for the MSpeaker Pro. It has two more speaker units, louder sound and a single cable, so the install is simpler too. Choose the MSpeaker II where the host offers only a 3.5mm line output, where a unit is being added to or replaced in an existing room, or where the MVC860-C5-710 system it is part of is involved.
Power decides the volume
The MSpeaker Pro delivers a rated 12 W and 93 dB on PoE, and 24 W and 95 dB on PoE+. The difference is audible, so plan for PoE+ in a larger room. The power budget is calculated for the whole room, not per port. The PoE switch 1303166 offers 90 W and the AVHub 80 W, and the cameras and microphones come out of the same budget.
How many units in a room
Up to four units of the soundbar pair with a single host, that is with the SmartVision 80, the UVC86 or the AVHub. On the Audio port of the MeetingEye 500 for the MSpeaker II, and on the AVBridge and AP08 for the MSpeaker Pro, the ceiling is eight units. The MSpeaker Pro cascades in a star, so coverage grows by adding another unit rather than by swapping for a bigger one.
Mounting and what goes with it
A wall mount is in the box on both models. The MSpeaker II mounts on the wall horizontally or vertically, or sits on the table. Besides the wall, the MSpeaker Pro also fits under a display on the AV bracket 3311110, which is a separate line item and is not in the box. The sizes differ: the MSpeaker II is 500 mm wide, the MSpeaker Pro 650 mm, which is the width of the A40 video bar and the SmartVision 40.
MSpeaker II | a medium or larger room where the host has no speakers, 87 dB sound pressure at one metre |
|---|---|
MSpeaker Pro | a medium or larger room, 93 dB sound pressure on PoE and 95 dB on PoE+, at one metre |
How many units | up to four per host, and up to eight on the MeetingEye 500, AVBridge and AP08 |
Place in the portfolio | audio output for intelligent cameras, AV processors and MeetingEye systems |
A room with a SmartVision 80, a UVC86 or an AVHub, where nothing can play the audio. A larger meeting hall where one soundbar is not enough and coverage is handled by cascading. An installation that should bring as few cables into the room as possible, which calls for the MSpeaker Pro with its single network cable. An addition or a replacement unit in an existing room with the MSpeaker II.
Which host is in the room and whether it has a VCH port. Whether PoE is available, and preferably PoE+ for the MSpeaker Pro. What the PoE budget is once the cameras and microphones are counted in. How many units the room needs and where they will be mounted. Which firmware the host and the soundbar run. Where voice pickup comes from, as the microphone is a separate line item.
The SkySound CS10 ceiling speaker where the sound should come from above rather than from the front wall. The MeetingBar or MeetingBoard range where the device itself should handle the audio, since the MSpeaker does not pair with them. The CP range of conference phones for a small room where one device with a microphone and a speaker is enough.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.
Recommended
Both models have a VCH port on RJ45 that carries audio and power. The MSpeaker II takes PoE to 802.3af, the MSpeaker Pro standard PoE or PoE+. The host is a camera, an AVHub, an AVBridge, an AP08 or the MeetingEye 500 system.

Alternative
Only the MSpeaker II has a 3.5mm line input. It suits a host with a line output and a MeetingDisplay. Power then comes from the DC 48 V / 0.7 A adapter in the box, and the 3 m 3.5mm audio cable is part of the delivery as well.

Limit
MeetingBar video bars from the A10 to the A50, including USB mode, and MeetingBoard touch displays including the variants with an MCore OPS module do not pair with the MSpeaker. Neither do the SmartVision 40 and 60 cameras or the UVC30, UVC34, UVC40 and UVC40 E2 ranges.

Support: the AMS extended warranty for the MSpeaker Pro, order it with the device
The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the audio and the number of units through the PoE budget and the mounting to wiring, configuration and handing over documentation. On the MSpeaker range we also confirm the contents of the delivery at order time, so you do not promise the customer items that are not in the box.
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

Order codes. We hold the AMS extended warranty for the MSpeaker Pro, for one to three years 510102001448, 510102001449 and 510102001451. We do not list AMS for the MSpeaker II 1306029. PrimeCare is ordered by room size class against the whole system, not against a soundbar on its own, so check the placement with us for the specific project.
No. The Yealink MSpeaker II and MSpeaker Pro are audio output, and the audio is sent to them by a host. That host is a SmartVision 80 or UVC86 intelligent camera, the AVHub AV processor, the AVBridge DSP, an AP08 or the MeetingEye 500 system. Voice pickup is a separate line item, typically the VCM35 table microphone or the CM20 ceiling microphone.
The MSpeaker II has two speakers in stereo, 10 W RMS and 87 dB at one metre, plus a 3.5mm line input and a power adapter in the box. The MSpeaker Pro has four speaker units, 12 W and 93 dB on PoE, 24 W and 95 dB on PoE+, no line input, and a single network cable carrying both power and audio.
The MSpeaker II connects to the SmartVision 80, UVC86, UVC84, AVHub, MeetingDisplay and MeetingEye 500. The MSpeaker Pro connects to the SmartVision 80, UVC86, AVHub, MeetingEye 500, AVBridge and AP08. The MSpeaker does not pair with the MeetingBar and MeetingBoard ranges, nor with the SmartVision 40 and 60 cameras or the UVC30, UVC34, UVC40 and UVC40 E2 ranges.
Both models take power from the VCH port. The MSpeaker II supports PoE to 802.3af and carries a DC 48 V / 0.7 A adapter in the box on top of that. The MSpeaker Pro has no adapter in the box and is powered from PoE or PoE+. On PoE it delivers 12 W and 93 dB, on PoE+ 24 W and 95 dB, so plan for PoE+ in a larger room.
Up to four units pair with a SmartVision 80, a UVC86 or an AVHub, and on the UVC84 as well for the MSpeaker II. On the Audio port of the MeetingEye 500 for the MSpeaker II, and on the AVBridge and AP08 for the MSpeaker Pro, the ceiling is eight units. The MSpeaker Pro cascades in a star, so coverage grows by adding another unit.
The MSpeaker II box holds the soundbar, a power adapter, a 3 m 3.5mm audio cable, a wall mount bracket and a Quick Start Guide. The MSpeaker Pro box holds the soundbar, a wall mount bracket kit, a 3 m CAT5e network cable and a Quick Start Guide. The MSpeaker II mounts on the wall horizontally or vertically or sits on the table, while the MSpeaker Pro also fits under a display on the AV bracket 3311110.
