Code 1306064 is the MCore4-MS model, that is the MCore 4. Our price list calls it an MCore Pro. It is in fact a different product with a different processor, memory and disk. This page uses the MCore 4 designation.
The MCore 4 and MCore-OPS-G2 run an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with a built-in NPU rated at 34 TOPS
The MCore 4 and MCore-OPS-G2 have 16GB DDR5 (2× 8GB) and a 256GB SSD
The MCore Pro has an 11th generation Intel Core i5, 8GB DDR4 (2× 4GB) and a 128GB SSD
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise x64 as the operating system, including the licence on the OPS modules
The MCore 4 has 1× HDMI 2.1 and 2× HDMI 2.0 outputs plus one HDMI input, with CEC and EDID support
An MTouch port with an RJ-45 connector for the room's touch controller
TPM 2.0 security, and on the MCore 4 also UEFI secure boot and kernel DMA protection
The MCore-OPS-G2 is a plug-in module for the MeetingBoard and MeetingBoard Pro series, 180 × 119 × 30 mm
MCore is the computer the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows application runs on. Unlike an office PC it has an MTouch port for the touch controller, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise as an operating system meant for devices with a fixed job, and TPM 2.0 hardware security. Depending on the model it goes into the room as a standalone mini-PC on a bracket, or as a module plugged into a MeetingBoard.
The MCore 4, MCore Pro and MCore Lite are standalone mini-PCs mounted in the room on the included wall bracket and cabled to the display and the camera. The MCore-OPS-G2 and G2T are plug-in OPS modules for MeetingBoard and MeetingBoard Pro panels, so the room gains no extra box. An MCoreKit is not a computer of its own but a bundle of a mini-PC and a touch controller under one order code.
The MCore 4 and the second-generation OPS modules have an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with a built-in NPU rated at 34 TOPS, plus 16GB DDR5 and a 256GB SSD. The MCore Pro builds on an 11th generation Intel Core i5 with 8GB DDR4 and a 128GB SSD. The difference tells where a room runs for years without replacement and where further processing is expected to happen in the room itself.
The MCore 4 has two network ports, one dedicated to the AV network and one gigabit Ethernet
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, with the licence on the OPS modules, so no separate purchase of the system
The MCore 4 drives three displays, one HDMI 2.1 output and two HDMI 2.0, with CEC support
The MCore-OPS-G2 weighs 0.7 kg and slots into the panel, so the room has no further device on the wall
Code 1306064 is the MCore 4 model, not an MCore Pro. Our price list says MCore Pro. It is in fact the MCore4-MS model. The parameters differ: Ultra 5 with an NPU, 16GB DDR5 and a 256GB SSD against an i5, 8GB DDR4 and a 128GB SSD.
We will confirm the contents of the MCoreKit bundles at the order. For C5U it is an MCore 4, an MTouch Plus and a RoomSensor.
The MCore Pro comes with the i5-1135G7 and i5-1145G7E processors.
The difference between the OPS modules G2 and G2T is the preloaded application.
Some features depend on the platform licence, not on the device. Two displays on Microsoft Teams Rooms need the Pro licence, see the atlantis note.
The VCH51 Pro hub, the CTP25 console and the MeetingDisplay work only with the MCore 4. Do not offer them with the MCore Pro or MCore Lite.
Which code to order
For a new installation meant to last several years we recommend 1306064, that is the MCore 4 with an Intel Core Ultra 5 and 16GB DDR5. A MeetingBoard takes an OPS module: 1303293 (G2T) where the Microsoft Teams Rooms application should already be in place, 1303292 (G2) where the customer installs the application themselves.
Mind our name for code 1306064
Our price list calls it an MCore Pro. It is in fact the MCore4-MS. In a customer quote write the MCore 4 parameters, that is an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with an NPU, 16GB DDR5 and a 256GB SSD. Quoting MCore Pro parameters would misstate what the customer receives.
It does not make a room on its own
MCore is only the compute part. A working room also needs a touch controller from the MTouch range, a camera, a display and a room account in Microsoft Teams. Neither the display nor the account is part of any Yealink delivery. If the customer wants everything under one code, quote a complete MVC system.
OPS module compatibility
The MCore-OPS-G2 works with the MeetingBoard, MeetingBoard Pro and MeetingBoard C. The G2T variant with the Microsoft Teams Rooms application and the older OPS-T work only with the MeetingBoard and MeetingBoard Pro, not with the MeetingBoard C. The G2T module goes with the MTouch Plus-MB controller 1306072. Confirm the customer's exact panel model with us before ordering.
The platform licence decides the features
Some features of a meeting room system are set not by the hardware but by the licence of the communication platform. On Microsoft Teams Rooms a typical example is dual screen support, which belongs to the paid Pro licence, while the free Basic licence lacks it and is also capped at 25 licences per organisation. The feature comparison is on Microsoft's website. Include the licence in the quote from the start; adding it afterwards is awkward.
Recommended use | the compute unit of a room system for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows |
|---|---|
OPS module intended for | the MeetingBoard and MeetingBoard Pro series |
Place in the portfolio | a component of a system, not an endpoint of its own; it is delivered with a controller, a camera and a display |
A room where the customer requires Windows and the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows application. Adding or replacing the compute part of an existing system. A MeetingBoard panel that is to take an OPS module. A project where the partner assembles the system from components to suit the specific room.
Which touch controller will go with the unit, the MTouch E2 or the MTouch Plus. How many displays the room should have and which interfaces they need. Whether there is a network socket where the unit is mounted. For an OPS module, the exact MeetingBoard model. Who will create the room account in Microsoft Teams.
A complete MVC system where everything should sit under one order code including the camera and the controller. An all-in-one video bar where the room need not run Windows. An MCoreKit bundle where the unit and the controller should be one code.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.

Model: code 1306064 is an MCore 4, not an MCore Pro, so write its parameters into the quote accordingly
Build: a standalone mini-PC on a bracket, or a plug-in OPS module for a MeetingBoard
Controller: the MTouch E2 or the MTouch Plus, not included outside the MCoreKit bundles
Camera and audio: the unit is only the compute part, the room's camera and audio are handled separately
Displays: how many the room should have; the MCore 4 has three HDMI outputs, one of them 2.1
Network: a socket where the unit is mounted; the MCore 4 has a separate port for the AV network and for the ordinary one
Room account: who will create and manage it in Microsoft Teams, it is not part of the delivery
Support: the AMS extended warranty or PrimeCare for the whole system, order it with the device
The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the system and the mounting through configuring the platform and the room account to training the users and handing over documentation.
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

We hold no separate AMS line for the MCore Pro or for the G2 generation modules; the codes we hold are under the names MCore-OPS 510102001317, 510102001319 and 510102001321 and MCore-OPS-T 510102001353, 510102001355 and 510102001357. PrimeCare for a system is ordered by the room size class, not against an individual compute unit.
The Yealink MCore under code 1306064 is the MCore4-MS model, that is the MCore 4. Our price list says MCore Pro; it is in fact a different product. The MCore 4 has an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with an NPU, 16GB DDR5 and a 256GB SSD; the MCore Pro has an 11th generation Intel Core i5, 8GB DDR4 and a 128GB SSD. Write the MCore 4 parameters into the customer quote.
The Yealink MCore-OPS-G2 and G2T are hardware-identical OPS modules for MeetingBoard and MeetingBoard Pro panels. The difference is the preloaded software: the G2 has only Windows 11 IoT Enterprise with its licence, the G2T additionally has the Microsoft Teams Rooms application and Yealink RoomConnect.
A Yealink MCoreKit is a bundle of a mini-PC and a touch controller under one order code, not a computer of its own. For the C5U code it is an MCore 4, an MTouch Plus and a RoomSensor. We will confirm the exact make-up for a specific order.
The Yealink MCore Lite is the entry unit of the range. Do not carry parameters over from other models in the range; for a specific quote we will confirm them before the order.
The Yealink MCore is only the compute part of the room. A working system also needs an MTouch touch controller, a camera, a display and a room account in Microsoft Teams. Neither the display nor the account is part of the Yealink delivery. If everything is to sit under one order code, a complete MVC system is the right answer.
The Yealink MCore 4 has three HDMI outputs, one at version 2.1 and two at version 2.0, plus one HDMI input and support for CEC and EDID. The MCore Pro also has three HDMI outputs, one of them HDMI 2.1 at 5K. The MCore-OPS-G2 module has an HDMI output and input with 4K casting.
