Description
A board for the Google ecosystem
The MeetingBoard C runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification and has built-in Google Play, so applications install straight from the standard store. That is the main difference from the Pro range and the main reason to choose the C range. The device brings the screen, camera, microphone array, speakers and whiteboard together in one unit, so the room needs no separate display and no PC.
One 50MP camera, not a 4K camera
The C range has one camera with a 50MP sensor, a 1/1.56" Sony X1, with a 98.2-degree horizontal field of view and four times digital zoom. On this product 4K refers to the display at 3840 × 2160, not to the sensor resolution. Against the Pro range, which has three 50MP sensors and sixteen microphones, the C range is simpler in both image and audio.
General Mode (BYOM), without native Teams and Zoom
This is the substantial difference from the Pro range. The C range works in "General Mode (BYOM)", that is the mode narrowed to BYOM, and it does not run native Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The meeting is therefore run by a connected laptop and the board serves as its screen, camera and audio. The C range is not on the Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms certified device lists, and the OPS modules with the Teams Rooms application, that is the MCore-OPS-T and MCore-OPS-G2T, are not compatible with it.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
Android 15 with Google EDLA certification and built-in Google Play, so applications install the standard way
A slot for a Windows OPS module in the device itself, with no external box
Full duplex voice pickup up to 8 metres
HDMI input as well as output, plus a 3.5 mm line in and line out
A simpler and cheaper route to a touch board than the Pro range
Limits and what to tell the customer
The C range does not run native Teams or Zoom. The room has no account of its own and the meeting is run by a connected laptop. If the customer wants to start meetings from the calendar on the device, the quote needs the Pro range.
The device works in "General Mode (BYOM)", that is the narrowed variant of the mode.
The wall mount is not in the box, it is sold separately. For the 65" it is
3311073, for the 75"3311074. This is something the partner has to know before planning the installation. The box holds a 3 m AC power cable, not a power adapter. A 230 V socket has to be where the board is mounted.
A single USB-C cable to the laptop only through the VCH51 Pro hub
1303229. The device itself has no USB-C port; otherwise the laptop connects by cable through the HDMI input and USB-B for touch.Brightness is 350 cd/m² against 400 cd/m² on the Pro range. Check it for a room with a lot of glazing.
⚑ atlantis note
When C and when Pro
The C range is the choice for a customer in the Google ecosystem who runs meetings from a laptop and wants a touch board with Google Play. As soon as the brief contains "the room should have its own account" or "meetings start from the calendar on the device", the answer is the MeetingBoard Pro, not the C. The difference is not price, it is how the room is run.
The mount always belongs in the quote
The wall mount is not part of the package. On a display of this format the customer assumes it is, and it is the most common reason an installation cannot be finished on the first visit. For the 65" order 3311073, for the 75" 3311074. Where drilling is not allowed or the board has to move around, use the floor stand 3311098 with electric height adjustment, or 3311097.
Power and the socket behind the display
The box holds a 3 m AC power cable, not an adapter. A 230 V socket therefore has to be where the board is mounted, ideally behind its body. Count on 183 W on the 65" and 308 W on the 75" at peak.
Content sharing and BYOD
The C range shares content by cable through the HDMI input, and wirelessly through Miracast, AirPlay and the PA20 or WPP30 presentation pods; up to four pods of either can be paired, one active at a time. A single USB-C cable to the laptop, including the board's camera and audio, is provided by the VCH51 Pro hub 1303229. Include the pods in the quote according to how the customer shares content.
Which room it suits
Recommended use | the range is aimed at the Google ecosystem |
|---|---|
Voice pickup | up to 8 metres, full duplex |
Place in the portfolio | an interactive touch display for BYOM, with Google EDLA certification |
Good fit
A room where a laptop runs the meeting and the board serves as its screen, camera and audio. A customer in the Google ecosystem who wants to install applications from Google Play. A classroom or training room where writing and annotating dominate. A customer who wants a touch board for less than the Pro range.
Verify
Whether the customer really does not need a room with its own account. How the board will be mounted, as no mount is in the box. Whether there is a 230 V socket where it goes. What content sharing methods the customer expects. Whether a Windows OPS module will be needed. Brightness of 350 cd/m² against the light in the room.
Consider another model
The MeetingBoard Pro where the room should have its own account, native Teams or Zoom, three 50MP sensors and sixteen microphones. A MeetingBar video bar where the customer already has a display. A MeetingDisplay where only a screen for an MTR system is needed.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.

Support: PrimeCare or extended warranty, order it with the device
The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the system and the mounting through connecting to the network to training the users and handing over documentation. On the C range we also recommend settling in advance whether running without a room account really suits the customer.
Management and services
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
Warranty
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
AMS
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
PrimeCare
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
Which one to pick
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

PrimeCare for the MeetingBoard is ordered by room size class and starts at three years, Meetingboard Small Room 510102000892 to 510102000894 and Meetingboard Large Room 510102000896 to 510102000898, each for three to five years. FAQ
Does the MeetingBoard C have native Teams and Zoom?
No. The Yealink MeetingBoard C range does not run native Microsoft Teams or Zoom. It works in "General Mode (BYOM)" and has Google Play support. The meeting is therefore run by a connected laptop. For a room with its own account and meetings started from the calendar, the MeetingBoard Pro range is the answer.
Can the MeetingBoard C call over SIP and H.323?
The device works in "General Mode (BYOM)", that is the narrowed variant of the mode. Full General Mode with SIP and H.323 is handled by the MeetingBoard Pro range.
Is the wall mount part of the package?
No. On the Yealink MeetingBoard C the mount is sold separately. For the 65" it is 3311073, the MB-WallMount-650, and for the 75" 3311074, the MB-WallMount-860. Always include it in the quote, otherwise the installation cannot be completed.
Is there an adapter or a power cable in the box?
The Yealink MeetingBoard C box holds a 3 m AC power cable, not a power adapter. It also holds a 3 m CAT5E cable, two styluses, two cable ties and a Quick Start Guide. A 230 V socket therefore has to be where the board is mounted.
What is the difference between the C range and the Pro range?
The Yealink MeetingBoard C has one 50MP camera, eight microphones with 8 metre pickup, 20 W speakers, 350 cd/m² brightness, Android 15 with Google EDLA and Google Play, and General Mode (BYOM). The Pro range has a three-camera system at 3× 50MP, sixteen microphones with 12 metre pickup, 30 W speakers, 400 cd/m² brightness, Android 13 and native Teams and Zoom. The C range comes in 65 and 75 inches, the Pro range also in 86 inches.
Can Windows be slotted into the MeetingBoard C?
Yes, the Yealink MeetingBoard C has a slot for an OPS module with Windows in its body. The compatible module is the MCore-OPS-G2 1303292 with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. Neither the G2T variant with preinstalled Microsoft Teams Rooms nor the older MCore-OPS-T is compatible with the C range, so a room with Teams Rooms belongs on the MeetingBoard Pro range.
