Description
Display, camera and whiteboard in one body
The MeetingBoard Pro brings the screen, camera, microphone array, speakers and whiteboard together in one device, so the room needs no separate codec, no separate display and no PC. It is written on with the included styluses, four of them in the box. The device runs Android 13 with 8 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.
Three 50MP lenses, not a 4K camera
The MeetingBoard Pro has a built-in camera with three 50MP lenses (Sony Sensor X3) with a 98.2-degree horizontal field of view, four times digital zoom and an electrically operated cap. On this product 4K refers to the display at 3840 × 2160 px and to the camera's video output, which is 3840 × 2160 px at 60 Hz, not to the lens resolution. These are two different figures, and confusing them undersells the product.
A certified native meeting room system
In its default deployment the MeetingBoard Pro is a standalone meeting room system with its own room account; the meeting starts from the calendar on the device itself and Microsoft Teams and Zoom both run natively. For Microsoft Teams this is the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android variant. All three sizes are on Microsoft's certified device list with a certification end date of 15 August 2028, which tells the customer how long the investment will last. Microsoft places them in a 4.5 × 6 m medium room; the recommended headcount by size is in the variants table. For Zoom they are certified as Zoom Rooms Appliances.
Instead of Teams or Zoom, the device can be configured for General Mode, in which it registers to a SIP registry or an H.323 gatekeeper and calls over SIP and H.323, that is into an environment built on neither Teams nor Zoom. Do not confuse it with the older MeetingBoard range without the Pro name, which Microsoft lists separately.
USB peripheral mode and guest BYOD are two different things
USB peripheral mode is a different way of running the whole room: the board serves as the external display and audio device of a connected computer and handles any platform that computer can run. Guest laptop BYOD, on the other hand, belongs to a natively deployed room. The laptop connects by cable through the HDMI input with USB-B for touch, with a single USB-C cable through the VCH51 Pro hub 1303229 or the CTP25 touch console 1303132, or wirelessly through the PA20 and WPP30 pods.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
One device instead of a display, a camera, audio and a whiteboard, so one delivery and one installation
Full duplex voice pickup up to 12 metres, the longest in the Yealink room system range
The HDMI input is on the device itself, so a laptop connects without another box
Two LAN ports and two VCH ports, so there is room to separate traffic and to add accessories
Security with H.235, TLS, SRTP with AES-256, 802.1X and LLDP-MED
Limits and what to tell the customer
The wall mount is not in the box, Yealink sells it separately. For the 65" it is
3311073, for the 75" and 86"3311074. This is something the partner has to know before planning the installation. The box holds a 3 m AC power cable, not a power adapter. This is a display with its own power supply, so a 230 V socket has to be where it is mounted.
SIP and H.323 work only in General Mode, not in native Teams or Zoom mode. Switching the mode is a configuration step, not a choice made during a meeting. We will confirm the minimum firmware version and any licence for the specific project.
The zoom is digital, four times. For a large hall with a long distance to the speaker, add the MB-12X Pro PTZ camera with twelve times optical zoom.
Some features depend on the platform licence, not on the device. Two displays on Microsoft Teams Rooms need the Pro licence, see the atlantis note.
Power draw rises with size, up to 357 W at peak on the 86". Size the circuit and the protection for the model ordered.
⚑ atlantis note
The mount always belongs in the quote
The wall mount is not part of the package. On a display of this format the customer assumes it is, and it is the most common reason an installation cannot be finished on the first visit. For the 65" order 3311073, for the 75" and 86" 3311074. Where drilling is not allowed or the board has to move around, use a mobile stand, 3311083, 3311084 or 3311085 by size.
Power and the socket behind the display
The board is powered straight from the mains by a 3 m cable; there is no adapter in the box. Settle the 230 V socket at design time, ideally have it prepared behind the body of the display. Where the room is already finished, count on an extension to the nearest socket and on it being visible. Peak power draw is 243 W on the 65", 277 W on the 75" and 357 W on the 86".
The camera is three 50MP lenses
Our price list calls these references a "4K camera". It is in fact a camera with three 50MP lenses, and 4K belongs to the display and the video output. Put the correct figure in the quote, and you will not be selling the product short.
The platform licence decides the features
Some features of a meeting room system are set not by the hardware but by the licence of the communication platform. The MeetingBoard Pro has a 4K 60 Hz HDMI output for a second display, but on Microsoft Teams Rooms dual screen support belongs to the paid Pro licence. The free Basic licence lacks it and is also capped at 25 licences per organisation. The feature comparison is on Microsoft's website. Include the licence in the quote from the start; adding it afterwards is awkward.
How to talk about SIP and H.323
The exact wording for a quote is native Teams and Zoom, General Mode (SIP and H.323) and USB BYOD. Do not line those five up as equal modes; SIP and H.323 are what General Mode contains. On a project where calling over SIP or H.323 is part of the brief, have the firmware and any licence confirmed with us.

Good fit
A meeting room where one device should replace the display, the camera, the audio and the whiteboard. A room where people draw on and annotate shared content. A requirement for a room with its own account. A long meeting table, as pickup runs to 12 metres. A Microsoft Teams or Zoom environment.
Verify
How the board will be mounted, as no mount is in the box. Whether there is a 230 V socket where it goes and how the circuit is protected. What the wall will carry, or whether a stand is needed. Which platform the room should run natively. Whether content will be shared by cable, as the device has an HDMI input. Whether the customer requires Windows, which calls for an OPS module.
Consider another model
The MeetingBoard C range where BYOM is enough and the customer sits in the Google ecosystem. A MeetingBar video bar where the customer already has a display and needs only a camera and audio to go with it.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.

What to check before ordering and deploying
Mounting: the wall mount is not in the box,
3311073for the 65",3311074for the 75" and 86"Load and building readiness: wall, partition or mobile stand, by size and weight
Power: a 230 V socket where it is mounted, with a draw up to 357 W on the 86"
Platform: which one the room should run natively, Teams or Zoom, and who will create the room account
Content sharing: the device has an HDMI input, so check the cable length and routing to the table
Network: two LAN ports, the network rules for room devices and any separation of traffic
Windows: whether the customer requires the OPS module

The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the system and the mounting through configuring the platform and the room account to training the users and handing over documentation. On the MeetingBoard Pro we also recommend settling the mount and the socket before the board itself is ordered.
Management and services
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
Warranty
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
AMS
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
PrimeCare
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
Which one to pick
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

FAQ
Is the wall mount part of the package?
No. On the Yealink MeetingBoard Pro the mount is sold separately. For the 65" it is 3311073, the MB-WallMount-650, and for the 75" and 86" 3311074, the MB-WallMount-860. Always include it in the quote, otherwise the installation cannot be completed.
Is the camera 4K?
The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro has a built-in camera with three 50MP lenses (Sony Sensor X3) with a 98.2-degree horizontal field of view and four times digital zoom. The 4K figure belongs to the display at 3840 × 2160 and to the camera's video output, which is 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz.
Can the MeetingBoard Pro do SIP and H.323?
The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro calls over SIP and H.323 in General Mode, where it registers to a SIP registry or an H.323 gatekeeper. It cannot do so in native Teams or Zoom mode; switching the mode is a configuration step. We will confirm the minimum firmware version and any licence for the specific project.
Is there an adapter or a power cable in the box?
The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro box holds a 3 m AC power cable, not a power adapter. It also holds a 3 m CAT5E cable, four styluses, three cable ties and a Quick Start Guide. A 230 V socket therefore has to be where the board is mounted.
How does a laptop connect to the board?
The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro has an HDMI input on the device itself, so a laptop connects by cable without another box. It also has a USB-B port for touch output, that is controlling the connected computer from the touch surface, and a USB peripheral mode in which the board serves as the laptop's external display and audio device. A guest laptop connects with a single USB-C cable through the VCH51 Pro hub 1303229.
Which size for which room?
For the MeetingBoard Pro we recommend the 65" for 1 to 6 people, the 75" for 6 to 12 people and the 86" for 12 to 20 people. The camera, the microphone array and the ports are the same on all three; size, power draw and price are what differ.
