Order code | Control and contents | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
1206714 | VCR11 remote control (A25-010) (this product) | an ordinary focus room, control kept to hand, lower purchase price |
1206713 | CTP25 touch panel with a 65 W PD adapter, a tall stand and longer cabling (A25-031) | a room where the meeting should start with a touch from the table |
1206722 | A25-BYOM, a separate product without the native part, not a packaging variant of the A25 | a room served purely by a laptop, connected with a single USB-C cable |
Codes 1206714 and 1206713 hold the same video bar and differ only in the control method and the cabling in the box. 1206722 is a different product, without native Teams or Zoom.
Three lenses with 8MP sensors, one ultra-wide and two telephoto
An ultra-wide field of view, 151 degrees horizontal and 182 degrees diagonal
4K video at 30 frames per second, 1080p at 60 frames
An array of eight MEMS microphones with pickup up to 5 metres
A speaker rated at 10 W, 12 W at peak
Native Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, General Mode with SIP and H.323, plus BYOD
Content sharing in General Mode (BYOM) up to 4K at 30 frames
Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.1, Android 13
The ultra-wide lens has a field of view of 151 degrees horizontally and 182 degrees diagonally, the widest in the whole MeetingBar A range. That is exactly what a focus room needs: the table tends to sit close to the wall and people sit to the sides, outside the view of an ordinary camera. The two remaining telephoto lenses cover 84.4 degrees horizontally and bring the speaker closer.
All three sensors are 8MP. Framing therefore does not come from cropping one image but from switching between lenses, so detail is not lost when zooming in. This is not a mechanical PTZ head; the movement is electronic. The device outputs 4K at 30 frames per second, or 1080p at 60 frames.
In its default deployment the A25 is a standalone meeting room system with its own room account. The meeting starts from the calendar on the device itself, with no laptop. For Microsoft Teams this is the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android variant, where the A25 is on Microsoft's certified device list for a 3 × 3 m huddle room; for Zoom it is Zoom Rooms, certified in the system with the CTP25 panel, that is code 1206713. Instead of Teams or Zoom, the device can be configured for General Mode and call over SIP and H.323, with the H.245, H.225, H.235 and H.241 protocol suite.
The system is built on Android 13 with the MDEP platform, Microsoft's Android platform for certified Teams devices. It brings verified boot, hardware-protected keys and device attestation, keeps applications separate from the privileged parts of the system, manages system and firmware updates centrally, and the device is managed through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. Microsoft's Teams Rooms on Android certified device list gives the A25 a certification end date of 15 August 2028, which tells the customer how long the investment will last.
The second option is to run the A25 as a peripheral of a connected computer. The video bar then serves as camera, microphone and speaker and handles any platform that computer can run. This is not the same as BYOD in a natively deployed room; it is a different way of running the whole room. A ready-made system with a compute unit and Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows certification is offered in the range as the MVC S50 with the A50 video bar.
The widest field of view in the range at 151 degrees horizontal, it covers a table close to the wall
SIP and H.323 in General Mode, including the H.323 suite protocols
Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.1 and Android 13, that is the current generation inside
The box holds a wall mount, a power adapter, three cables and a cable cover
The control method is fixed by the order code. The VCR11 remote and the CTP25 touch panel do not come in one box, see the variants table above.
The A25-BYOM is not a packaging variant of the A25. It is a separate product without native Teams or Zoom. It belongs in a quote only where a laptop serves the room.
One HDMI output, that is one display, and the device has no HDMI input. Wired content sharing runs over USB.
Voice pickup is up to 5 metres, quality pickup up to 3.5 metres. For a longer meeting table the A30, A40 or A50 is the right answer.
The A25 supports neither expansion microphones nor ceiling audio. For table microphones or a ceiling microphone the A40 or A50 is the right answer.
Some features depend on the platform licence, not on the device. On Microsoft Teams Rooms the Basic or Pro licence decides, see the atlantis note.
Our price list mentions AAA batteries on code 1206714. We will confirm the battery type in the VCR11 remote at order time; leave it out of the quote until then.
Which code to order
The control method decides. 1206714 includes the VCR11 remote, 1206713 includes the CTP25 touch panel. We recommend the panel where anyone should be able to start a meeting from the table without hunting for a remote, that is in busy rooms and at customers where remotes go missing.
The panel brings different cabling too
Package 1206713 adds a 65 W PD power adapter with a 2 m cable, a 7.5 m network cable, a 1.2 m USB-C to USB-C cable, a tall stand and a second cable cover. The price difference is therefore not for the panel alone, it also covers the longer cabling to the point of control.
BYOD straight from the panel
On the system with the CTP25 touch panel, that is code 1206713, BYOD is available straight from the panel over a single USB-C cable, with no further accessories. The laptop gets 4K content sharing, the room cameras and audio, and charges at the same time. On code 1206714 the laptop connects over a USB-C cable straight into the video bar, or through hub 1303229 (VCH51 Pro) where the connection point should be elsewhere. If the customer expects guest laptops, a connection point at the panel on the table is a good reason to go straight for 1206713.
The platform licence decides the features
Some features of a meeting room system are set not by the hardware but by the licence of the communication platform. On Microsoft Teams Rooms the free Basic licence is capped at 25 licences per organisation and lacks a range of room management and operating features, which belong to the paid Pro licence. The feature comparison is on Microsoft's website. Include the licence in the quote from the start; adding it afterwards is awkward.
Sell the A25-BYOM separately
1206722 is a separate product, not a packaging variant. It has three lenses, a microphone array, a speaker and a laptop connected with a single USB-C cable that shares content and powers the laptop at the same time. It does not run native Teams or Zoom, so it does not belong in a room with its own account.
Recommended use | a focus room, that is a small room for concentrated work and short meetings |
|---|---|
Voice pickup | up to 5 metres, quality pickup up to 3.5 metres |
Place in the portfolio | an all-in-one video bar room system with native Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms support |
A focus room and a small meeting room, especially a short room with the table close to the wall. A requirement for a room with its own account. A Microsoft Teams or Zoom environment. A customer who needs calling over SIP or H.323 in General Mode.
Which platform the room should run natively. Whether a remote is enough or a touch panel is needed. How far the furthest person sits; pickup is up to 5 metres. Whether content will be shared over a cable, as the device has no HDMI input. Whether there is a network socket where the device is to be mounted.
The A10 for a huddle room and a home office where price decides. The A30, A40 or A50 where the table is longer than five metres or two displays are needed. A MeetingBoard where the device should replace the display as well. The MVC S50 system with the A50 video bar or the MVC S40 with the SmartVision 40 where the customer requires Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows.
The "Verify" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.
Recommended
The room has its own account and the meeting starts from the calendar on the device itself. Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms. Instead of either, General Mode with SIP and H.323 can be configured; we will confirm the minimum firmware for the specific project.

Platform: which one the room should run natively, Teams or Zoom, and who will create the room account
Control: the VCR11 remote or the CTP25 touch panel, fixed by the order code
Which product: the A25 or the A25-BYOM; the BYOM has no native Teams or Zoom and belongs in a room with a laptop
Display: the A25 has one HDMI output, so choose another model if two displays are required
Content sharing: the device has no HDMI input, so wired sharing runs over USB
Network: a socket where the device is mounted, cable or Wi-Fi 6, and the network rules for room devices
Room size: voice pickup is up to 5 metres, so for a longer table choose another model in the range
Support: PrimeCare or extended warranty, order it with the device
The atlantis team will help with every point. From designing the system and the mounting through configuring the platform and the room account to training the users and handing over documentation. On the A25 we will also help set up General Mode if the room is to call over SIP or H.323.
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS): cloud management of Yealink devices, that is bulk firmware updates, status monitoring and alerts. Support and the scope of management differ by model and licence, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
The standard warranty on Yealink products is 24 months. On top of it we offer two different things that are easy to confuse.
Extended warranty
Extends the warranty period, that is how long the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of a faulty unit. The abbreviation stands for Assurance Maintenance Services.
1 to 3 years
Service programme
Changes how the service is delivered. It covers priority support with escalation during business hours, advance hardware replacement with the unit dispatched the next business day from local European service stock, warranty service aligned with the licence period, the YMCS-Room-Professional package, software updates and access to the Yealink online support centre.
2 to 5 years
Take note
A customer buys one of them, not both. AMS is enough where a longer warranty is all that is needed, PrimeCare is the choice where room downtime is expensive and the customer needs fast replacement and management. For video products the cap on total warranty is five years, and AMS is bought consecutively, so it must not leave a gap at the end of the existing warranty.

Order codes. AMS for the A25-010 510102001799 to 510102001801, for the A25-031 510102001808 to 510102001810, each for one to three years. We hold no separate AMS line for the A25-BYOM. PrimeCare for video bars is ordered by room size class; for the Meetingbar Small Room class the codes are 510102000867 to 510102000870 for two to five years. We have no manufacturer documentation placing the A25 in a class, so we will confirm it with the order.
The Yealink MeetingBar A25 video bar is the same on both. 1206714 includes the VCR11 remote control, 1206713 includes the CTP25 touch panel plus a 65 W PD adapter with a 2 m cable, a 7.5 m network cable, a 1.2 m USB-C to USB-C cable and a tall stand. Swapping them afterwards means placing another order.
No. The Yealink MeetingBar A25-BYOM is a separate product, not a packaging variant of the A25. It has three lenses, a microphone array, a speaker and a laptop connected with a single USB-C cable for content sharing and power. It does not run native Teams or Zoom.
Yes. The Yealink MeetingBar A25 calls over SIP and H.323 in General Mode, where it registers to a SIP registry or an H.323 gatekeeper, with the H.245, H.225, H.235 and H.241 protocols. We will confirm the minimum firmware version and any licence for the specific project.
The Yealink MeetingBar A25 has one HDMI output, that is one display, and no HDMI input at all. For two displays the range offers a model with two outputs, that is the A30, A40 or A50.
The Yealink MeetingBar A25 has an array of eight MEMS microphones with pickup up to 5 metres, with quality pickup up to 3.5 metres. For a longer meeting table the A30 and A40 at 6 metres or the A50 at 10 metres is the right answer.
Yes, the Yealink MeetingBar A25 box holds a wall mount, a power adapter, a 1.8 m HDMI cable, a 3 m network cable, a 3 m USB-A to USB-C cable, a cable cover and a Quick Start Guide. We will confirm the adapter wattage and PoE support at order time.
