ERARD PRO, XPO and KROSS accessories — a mount for one screen, a mount for two screens and two shelves, all of them going into the profile of the aluminium column. On XPO and KROSS columns the screen mount is a mandatory separate item, without it the column is unusable.

All four items go into the column profile and are listed for the XPO, KROSS, KAMELEO and HARMONY ranges. The only restriction is on 602506, which belongs on 2000XXL columns and nowhere else.

The “Suitable” field follows from the technical parameters of the items, the “Verify” and “Consider another model” fields from the practice of the atlantis team.

Parameters and compatibility

Mount 602506 only goes on 2000XXL columns, from our price list that means XPO 602040 and 602045 and nothing else. It cannot be fitted to the 1800XL columns, that is to 602000, 602050, 182020, 182025 and 182125. A dash in the parameters table means the figure is not in the source material and we do not state it on the PDP. The weight of the individual items and the maximum diagonal on 510080 will be confirmed with the order.

A quote always carries the column and the mount as two items, the shelves and the box are optional. The load rating of the assembly is the lower of the column rating and the mount rating, on 510080 that is 70 kg even on a column that carries 120 kg.

What to verify before ordering and installing

1. Column type: 602506 needs a 2000XXL column, that is 602040 or 602045, otherwise there is no assembly

2. VESA pattern: 510080 up to 600 × 600, 602506 up to 600 × 500 per screen, beyond that a different solution is needed

3. Screen weight: from the datasheet, the ceiling of the assembly is the lower of the column and the mount

4. Screen orientation: both mounts hold the screen in landscape, portrait is not possible

5. Width of two panels: against the 602506 mount length, which is 1550 mm

6. Camera weight: against the shelf rating, 5 kg on 600008 and 6 kg on 600014

7. Shelf position: above or below the screen, depending on the height of the seated participants

8. Assembly on site: the shelves are delivered unassembled, 602506 pre-assembled

Installation design and services

• The weakest link sets the load rating of the assembly: in a stand plus screen mount plus shelf assembly, the lowest of the stated load ratings always applies. Check the screen weight in its own datasheet, not from the diagonal.

• Check VESA before ordering: the stated range is the maximum pattern, not a guarantee that the screen fits. On large formats and on screens with curved or irregular backs, verify both the pattern and the thickness in advance.

• The wall type decides the fixing hardware: plasterboard, masonry and concrete each need different anchors. On part of the range the wall screw set is not in the box and the fixing hardware is chosen on site to suit the wall.

• Cabling and service access belong in the design, not on the installation day: cable routing inside the column, the wall penetration and access to the back of the screen have to be in the room layout before anyone drills.

atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.

• Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.

• Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.

• Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.

• Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.

• Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.

• Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

The ERARD PRO range is passive mechanics, so the warranty covers the structure, the welds, the moving parts and the finish. The warranty term is not the same across the brand and for a given item it is what is stated below.
