Description

These are the accessories of the WILL mobile stands. They add to the stand a surface to put things on and a way to hold the peripherals that belong to a complete video conferencing assembly but have nowhere to go. Every part mounts on the column of the stand, so the screen stays untouched and the installation needs no work on the wall or the floor.

The glass shelf 039080 in white and 039090 in black is a general 440 × 250 mm surface in 6 mm tempered glass. The camera shelf 039100 is reversible, so one part covers a camera above the screen as well as below it, which helps on a large screen set high. The codec box 039101 hides a codec or a player behind the screen and, unlike the shelf, is made for a device that is not meant to be seen.

The load rating is 5 kg on all four parts, so the choice is not decided by weight but by what is to be put where. The size of the stand decides as well. The codec box 039101 is meant for WILL 1400XL and WILL 1600XL and does not fit the smaller WILL 1050L. The accessories of the fixed LUX-UP range have their own references and are not interchangeable with the WILL ones.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Every part mounts on the column, neither the screen nor the wall is drilled

  • Two glass shelves on one stand cover a codec as well as a touch control panel

  • The camera shelf is reversible, one part covers a camera above the screen and below it

  • A 10 year warranty, the same service life as the stand itself

Limits and what to tell the customer

  • Codec box 039101 does not fit WILL 1050L. It is meant for WILL 1400XL and WILL 1600XL. On the smaller stand use the glass shelf, there is no other substitute for the box in the range.

  • The usable depth of the codec box is 101.5 mm and the usable width is 350 mm. A deeper codec will not go in even on a compatible stand, so verify the dimensions of the device before the order, not after it.

  • The 5 kg load rating applies to every part without exception. A heavier codec, a PC or a recording device does not belong on these parts and the accessory range has no higher-capacity version for them.

  • The camera shelf and the codec box are black only. Matching the colour to the column is possible on the glass shelf alone, so on a white stand these two parts stay black.

⚑ atlantis note

Two shelves instead of one

Up to two glass shelves can be fitted on one WILL stand. In practice that is the most common answer for an assembly with a codec, where one shelf carries the codec and the other the touch control panel. When the second shelf is ordered only after the installation, the customer pays the shipping twice, so ask about it at design stage.

Device dimensions before the order

On codec box 039101 what decides is the usable width of 350 mm and the depth up to 101.5 mm. That dimension rules out a share of codecs and media players before the weight even comes up. Send us the specific device model and we will confirm the combination with the order.

WILL and LUX-UP accessories do not mix

The fixed LUX-UP range has its own set of accessories under different references. The shelf, the camera shelf and the codec box from the WILL range do not belong on the mast of a LUX-UP stand and the other way round. So always quote the accessories for the specific stand range, not in general terms.

Suitable

A screen and video bar assembly that needs somewhere to put a codec, a control panel or a laptop. A camera above a large screen or below it. A codec or a player hidden behind the screen on the WILL 1400XL and 1600XL stands.

Verify

Which WILL stand the customer has, on the codec box its size decides. The dimensions and weight of the device to be placed. The colour of the column for the glass shelf. The number of shelves on one stand.

Consider another model

A device heavier than 5 kg. A codec deeper than 101.5 mm. A stand of the LUX-UP range, which has its own accessories. Holding a video bar, which is what the brackets shared with the STANDiT range are for.

The “Suitable” field follows from the technical parameters of the parts, the “Verify” and “Consider another model” fields from the practice of the atlantis team.

The parent range of these parts is the WILL mobile stand, that is a stand on multidirectional castors built to be moved between rooms. The fixed LUX-UP range stands in one place, has a slimmer mast and its own set of accessories. The accessories of the two ranges do not mix, so always state the stand model on the order as well.

What to verify before ordering and installing

  1. Stand model: WILL 1050L, 1400XL or 1600XL, on the codec box the size of the stand decides

  2. Device weight: the ceiling is 5 kg on each of the parts without exception

  3. Codec dimensions: a usable width of 350 mm and a depth up to 101.5 mm on box 039101

  4. Colour: the glass shelf in two colours to match the column, the camera shelf and the codec box black only

  5. Number of shelves: up to two glass shelves fit on one stand

  6. Camera position: above the screen or below it, the camera shelf is reversible

  7. Cabling: the run inside the column including the cables to the device placed on the part

  8. Environment: the parts are meant for indoor use

The atlantis team helps with every point. From matching the part to the specific stand model through the dimensions of the device to be placed to installation, commissioning and handover of the documentation.

Installation design and services

  • The weakest link sets the load rating of the assembly: in a stand plus screen mount plus shelf assembly, the lowest of the stated load ratings always applies. Check the screen weight in its own datasheet, not from the diagonal.

  • Check VESA before ordering: the stated range is the maximum pattern, not a guarantee that the screen fits. On large formats and on screens with curved or irregular backs, verify both the pattern and the thickness in advance.

  • The wall type decides the fixing hardware: plasterboard, masonry and concrete each need different anchors. On part of the range the wall screw set is not in the box and the fixing hardware is chosen on site to suit the wall.

  • Cabling and service access belong in the design, not on the installation day: cable routing inside the column, the wall penetration and access to the back of the screen have to be in the room layout before anyone drills.

atlantis services for partners

atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.

  • Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.

  • Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.

  • Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.

  • Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.

  • Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.

  • Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

Warranty

The ERARD PRO range is passive mechanics, so the warranty covers the structure, the welds, the moving parts and the finish. The warranty term is not the same across the brand and for a given item it is what is stated below.

Standard

10 years on the mechanics

This product carries a 10 year warranty, which ERARD PRO gives on most of its range. It covers the mechanics and the finish in indoor use.

10 years

Environment

Indoor use

The range is designed for indoor use. Outdoor installations, high humidity and aggressive environments are outside the scope of the warranty.

Take note

Installation per the manual

The warranty assumes installation per the manufacturer's manual and anchors suited to the wall construction. Exceeding the load rating or the VESA range is the most common reason a claim fails.

Frequently asked questions

Does codec box 039101 fit WILL 1050L?

It does not. 039101 is meant for WILL 1400XL and WILL 1600XL. On the smaller WILL 1050L stand use glass shelf 039080 or 039090, or camera shelf 039100. The load rating is 5 kg on all of these parts alike, what differs is the shape and the place they mount.

How big a codec fits in the box?

What decides is the usable width of 350 mm and a usable depth of at most 101.5 mm. The outer dimensions of the box are 280 × 220 × 80 mm and the load rating is 5 kg. A deeper codec or media player will not go in even on a compatible stand, so send us the specific model and we will confirm the combination with the order.

How many shelves can be fitted on one stand?

Up to two glass shelves. The usual combination is the codec on one shelf and the touch control panel on the other. The shelf is supplied separately under code 039080 in white and 039090 in black, and on the stand references with the “with shelf” suffix one is already in the box.

What colours are the parts supplied in?

The glass shelf in two colours, white is 039080 and black is 039090. The camera shelf and the codec box come in black only. Choose the colour of the shelf by the colour of the column of the stand, the base of the stand is silver on all references and is not what to go by.

Do the WILL accessories fit LUX-UP stands?

They do not. The fixed LUX-UP range has its own set of accessories under its own references, that is a shelf, a video bar bracket and a player bracket. The parts of the two ranges are not interchangeable in either direction, so always state on the order the stand model the part belongs to.

Is anything drilled into the screen?

No. All four parts mount on the column of the stand, neither the screen nor the wall is drilled. The glass shelf is fitted by one person in roughly 10 minutes and can be adjusted in height along the column. The parts are meant for indoor use and the warranty is 10 years.
