The range carries two designations, POP-OUT and PUSH-PULL. They are identical products under the same references, and the installation manual uses PUSH-PULL. All eight codes are wall mounts, the fixed mount 620060 does not extend the screen. There is no floor stand for video walls in this group.

Key features

  • Pantograph arm, the screen slides forward out of the wall and stays suspended throughout

  • Pull to open and push to close, a pull brings the screen out, a push clicks it back

  • Locking in both the extended and the retracted position by a quick lock push system, no tools needed to pull the screen out

  • Eight micro-adjustment screws to align neighbouring screens, again with no tools

  • Adjustment on three axes, X left and right, Y depth and wall clearance, Z tilt and levelling into plane

  • Portrait and landscape installation, with screen levelling correction on every size

  • One mount per screen, the box holds a pantograph arm and two rails for the screen

  • Steel with epoxy paint in black, indoor use, made in France

Description

POP-OUT solves a single problem, but it solves all of it. In a video wall the screens sit in one plane tight against each other and the back simply cannot be reached without taking a panel down. POP-OUT gives every screen its own pantograph arm, so one panel is pulled forward out of the wall, the engineer reaches the connectors and the power, and the neighbouring screens are left untouched. Pulling out and pushing back is done by hand, with no tools, and the position locks at both ends of the travel.

Our offer covers five size classes. Mini carries 25 kg and has one fixed VESA pattern per variant, that is 200 × 200, 300 × 300 or 400 × 400. M carries 30 kg and has a VESA range of 200 × 200 to 400 × 400. L carries 50 kg, XL 80 kg and XXL 150 kg with a VESA pattern of 300 × 300 or 400 × 400. The class is chosen by the weight of the screen, the pattern is matched with an adapter, which is a separate item and is not part of the mount.

The other half of the value of the system is in the alignment. Eight micro-adjustment screws bring neighbouring screens into one plane and one line with no tools, on three axes. The margin for levelling out an uneven wall is the wall clearance range, on size M that is 92 mm to 298 mm. On an uneven wall the whole video wall is set further off the wall, a single mount is not pushed out against the others.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Service access to one screen with no disassembly and no interference with the neighbouring panels

  • Alignment by eight micro-adjustment screws on three axes, with no tools and without taking the assembly apart

  • One construction principle covers 25 kg to 150 kg, a large video wall does not mix systems

  • Portrait and landscape installation, so the same mount serves both video wall orientations

Limits and what to tell the customer

  • Size L, ref. 620000, does not have the VESA 600 × 400 pattern natively. That pattern is reached only with adapter 620201, which is a separate chargeable item. Our price list name merges the two parts, so ordering 620000 on its own for a screen with a 600 × 400 pattern ends in an assembly that cannot be installed.

  • Adapter 620201 belongs to sizes L and XL only. It does not fit size M. Size M takes ref. 620210 with a maximum screen weight of 50 kg.

  • Mount pitch is the screen dimension plus a gap of at least 1 mm. Without that gap the screen rubs against the neighbouring panel as it comes out. The native VESA range, the dimensions and the weight on sizes L and XL we confirm with the order.

  • Cable slack has to allow the screen to come fully out. Behind a retracted screen there is 90 mm to 382 mm depending on the size of the mount, and power and signal are handled in that space. A short cable is torn out at the first service visit.

⚑ atlantis note

Size L and the 600 × 400 pattern

This is the most common source of an incomplete order in the whole range. Mount 620000 in size L carries a screen up to 50 kg, but the 600 × 400 pattern appears on it only once adapter 620201 is added. Both items belong in the quote, one adapter set per screen. The same applies to size XL, ref. 620120.

The order of steps in a video wall design

The screen weight first, it sets the size class. Then the native VESA pattern of the screen, it tells you whether an adapter is needed. Only then the specific adapter for that class, because adapters are not interchangeable between classes. The reverse order leads to a part that does not fit the mount.

Wall flatness is a project limit

The margin for levelling is the wall clearance range, on size M between 92 mm and 298 mm. On an uneven wall the whole video wall is set further off the wall, rather than one mount being pushed out against the others. The first row is set out level with a laser level and the first column is plumbed.

What to verify before ordering and installing

  1. Screen weight: it sets the size class, 25 kg Mini, 30 kg M, 50 kg L, 80 kg XL and 150 kg XXL

  2. Native VESA pattern of the screen: it tells you whether an adapter is needed and which one

  3. Adapter for the right class: 620201 for L and XL only, size M takes 620210

  4. Quantities: one mount and one adapter set for every screen in the video wall

  5. Mount pitch: the screen dimension plus a gap of at least 1 mm, otherwise the screen rubs as it comes out

  6. Wall flatness and load capacity: the levelling margin is the wall clearance range, anchors to suit the construction

  7. Cabling: power and signal in the space behind the screen, cable slack for the full extension

  8. Environment and ventilation: an indoor space free of moisture, dust and fumes, do not cover the screen ventilation openings

The atlantis team helps with every point. From breaking the video wall down into a bill of materials through building readiness and cabling to installation, alignment and handover of the documentation.

Installation design and services

  • The weakest link sets the load rating of the assembly: in a stand plus screen mount plus shelf assembly, the lowest of the stated load ratings always applies. Check the screen weight in its own datasheet, not from the diagonal.

  • Check VESA before ordering: the stated range is the maximum pattern, not a guarantee that the screen fits. On large formats and on screens with curved or irregular backs, verify both the pattern and the thickness in advance.

  • The wall type decides the fixing hardware: plasterboard, masonry and concrete each need different anchors. On part of the range the wall screw set is not in the box and the fixing hardware is chosen on site to suit the wall.

  • Cabling and service access belong in the design, not on the installation day: cable routing inside the column, the wall penetration and access to the back of the screen have to be in the room layout before anyone drills.

atlantis services for partners

atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.

  • Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.

  • Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.

  • Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.

  • Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.

  • Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.

  • Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

Warranty

The ERARD PRO range is passive mechanics, so the warranty covers the structure, the welds, the moving parts and the finish. The warranty term is not the same across the brand and for a given item it is what is stated below.

Standard

5 years

This product carries a 5 year warranty. It is shorter than the 10 years most of the ERARD PRO range has, so allow for that when you put a quote together.

Environment

Indoor use

The range is designed for indoor use. Outdoor installations, high humidity and aggressive environments are outside the scope of the warranty.

Take note

Installation per the manual

The warranty assumes installation per the manufacturer's manual and anchors suited to the wall construction. Exceeding the load rating or the VESA range is the most common reason a claim fails.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the range called POP-OUT in one place and PUSH-PULL in another?

They are two designations of the same system under the same references. Our offer and the English material use POP-OUT, the installation manual uses PUSH-PULL. If a partner looks for documentation on code 620200, it comes up under both names and it is the same product.

Why is the mount 620000 alone not enough in size L?

Because the VESA 600 × 400 pattern appears on it only once adapter 620201 is added, and that adapter is a separate chargeable item. Our price list name merges the two parts into one line. For a screen with a 600 × 400 pattern the order therefore holds both 620000 and 620201, one adapter set per screen.

Can I use adapter 620201 with size M?

No. Adapter 620201 belongs to sizes L and XL. Size M takes ref. 620210 with a maximum screen weight of 50 kg. Adapters are not interchangeable between size classes.

How many mounts do I need for a 2 × 2 video wall?

Four, that is one mount per screen. The box holds one pantograph arm and two rails that bolt onto the screen. If the assembly needs a VESA adapter, that too is ordered as one set per screen.

What gap should be left between neighbouring screens?

At least 1 mm. The mount pitch is the width or the height of the screen plus that gap. Without it the screen cannot be pulled out without rubbing against the neighbouring panel, and once the video wall is finished that mistake cannot be corrected other than by measuring again and drilling again.

Are tools needed to pull the screen out?

No. The screen comes out with a pull and goes back with a push, and the position locks at both ends of the travel through the quick lock push system. The alignment is tool-free as well, through eight micro-adjustment screws on three axes. Tools are needed only to fix the mounts to the wall.
