Overview
Stereo for an office where people do not talk across the desk
Poly Voyager 4320 is a stereo headset for workplaces where the user is on calls all day and needs to concentrate. It covers both ears, so it damps ambient noise better than a mono design. It is a more affordable stereo than the Voyager Focus 2 and Focus 625 ranges, where active noise cancelling is part of the price.
All-day battery life and range across the office
The headset lasts up to 24 hours of talk time with the indicator light off, or 18 hours with it on. A full charge takes just under an hour and three quarters. The range is up to 50 metres, or up to 91 metres with the Office Voyager desk base, so the user can walk away from the desk during a call.
Office use, not a meeting room
The Voyager 4320 is a personal device for a single user. It connects to a computer with the BT700 adapter and to a phone directly over Bluetooth. For a meeting room or a shared desk the right answer is a Poly Sync conferencing speakerphone, not a headset.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
A stereo design at a price close to mono headsets
Up to 24 hours of talk time and a range of up to 50 m
The BT700 adapter is in the box, nothing needs to be added
Two-year manufacturer warranty, longer than on Poly conferencing devices
Limits and what to tell the customer
The order code decides the adapter connector, the charging stand and the platform, not a setting. See the variants table above.
The headset has no active noise cancelling. The microphones have it, the playback does not. For a noisy open plan consider the Voyager Focus 2 or the Focus 625.
A stereo design covers both ears. Where the user has to hear what is going on around them, the mono Voyager 4310 is the right choice.
With the indicator light on, talk time drops from 24 to 18 hours.
⚑ atlantis note
Which code to order
Three things decide it, all at the point of order. The adapter connector to match the laptop ports, USB-A or USB-C. The charging stand, which codes 77Y99AA, 77Z00AA, 77Z31AA and 77Z32AA have. And the platform, that is the universal version or the Microsoft Teams version with a dedicated button.
Stereo or mono, the most common mistake
The Voyager 4320 is stereo, the Voyager 4310 is mono and otherwise it is the same headset. Mixing the two up is the most common ordering mistake in the 4300 range and it only shows up once the user has it. Ask whether the user should be cut off from the surroundings, or hear what is going on around them.
When to reach for the Focus 2 or the Focus 625
The Voyager 4320 damps the surroundings passively, through the cushions alone. In a genuinely noisy open plan, or for people with a heavy load of calls, active noise cancelling is worth it, that is the Voyager Focus 2 or the newest Focus 625 with transparency mode. The price difference pays back in concentration, not in technical specifications.
Who it suits
Recommended use | professionals who want hands-free calling all day at home and in the office; the stereo form for those who need to concentrate |
|---|---|
Position in the portfolio | wireless Bluetooth headsets for the office and hybrid work, the more affordable range |
How it differs from the Voyager 4310 | the 4320 is stereo, the 4310 mono; otherwise the same headset, the same battery life and the same microphones |
Good fit
An office or open plan where the user is on calls for much of the day and needs to concentrate. Hybrid work, where the headset is worn at home and in the office.
Check
The laptop ports, because of the adapter connector. Whether a charging stand is needed. Which platform is in use. Whether passive damping is enough for the customer, or they want active noise cancelling.
Consider another model
Voyager 4310 for a mono form, Voyager Focus 2 or Focus 625 for active noise cancelling, Voyager Free 60 for earbuds, the Savi range for DECT and contact centres.
The "Check" and "Consider another model" cards come from the experience of the atlantis team.

What to check before ordering and deploying
Stereo or mono: the most important question in this range, ideally settled on a loan sample
Order code: the adapter connector to match the laptop ports, the charging stand and the platform are all decided by the code
Environment: in a very noisy open plan consider a headset with active noise cancelling
Hours of use: with the indicator light on, battery life is 18 hours; for continuous use consider the variant with the stand
Management: registration in Poly Lens and bulk firmware and profile settings
Training: the indicator light and the voice prompts, so users actually use them
The atlantis team will help with every point. From a loan sample through choosing the right order code to bulk configuration in Poly Lens.
Management and services
Poly Lens: inventory, bulk settings, firmware updates and an overview of deployed headsets
Poly+ Partner: local support in Czech or English from an experienced certified team, by phone, chat, web and video call, expedited device replacement with the manufacturer shipping the replacement part on the next business day and paying the freight, all under the programme terms and for its whole term, so care can continue after the manufacturer warranty ends
atlantis deployment: choosing the model to match the way people work, bulk configuration through Poly Lens, a loan sample to try and user training
Warranty
Standard two-year HP Poly limited warranty. Extended support with expedited device replacement is provided by the Poly+ Partner programme.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Voyager 4320 and the 4310?
The Voyager 4320 is stereo, that is it covers both ears, the Voyager 4310 is mono. Otherwise it is the same headset with the same battery life, the same microphones and the same adapter. The choice follows from whether the user should be cut off from the surroundings.
Does the headset have active noise cancelling?
No. Noise cancelling is in the microphones, so the far end hears the voice and not the surroundings. The headset does not cancel noise in what the user hears, it only damps it passively through the cushions. For active noise cancelling choose the Voyager Focus 2 or the Focus 625.
Which code should I order for a laptop with USB-C?
Codes 76U50AA, 77Z30AA and 77Z31AA have a BT700 adapter with a USB-C connector. For codes 77Z00AA and 77Z32AA our price list does not state the connector and we are happy to confirm it before the order.
How far from the computer can the user walk?
Up to 50 metres, and up to 91 metres with the Office Voyager desk base AW6U1AA#AC3. The real range in a given building depends on partition walls and interference in the 2.4 GHz band.
What does the 4320-M designation mean?
Code 77Z32AA is the version for Microsoft with a charging stand. Our price list does not state its adapter connector and we will confirm it before the order. It does not state the included three-year Poly+ support that the -M variants of the Voyager Focus 2 range have either.
