ERARD PRO KROSS — column stands on a wide six-castor base for large format screens. The 1800XL and 2000XXL columns are sold without a screen mount, a quote always has to carry the column and the mount as two items. The KROSS FLIP stand and the 182915 stage monitor stand come with the mount included.

Description
KROSS is the ERARD PRO column range for large format screens. It is built from a wide steel base and an aluminium column with a profile that takes the screen mount and further accessories. The 1800XL column stands on a 1013 × 581 mm base and carries one screen up to 70 kg. The 2000XXL column comes in two parts, stands on a 1048 × 760 mm base and carries a screen up to 98" or two 85" screens side by side, up to 120 kg in total.
Both columns come in two versions. The to-be-assembled version holds six castors and six height-adjustable fixed feet at the same time, so it is decided during assembly whether the column will roll or stand fixed. The factory assembled version is mobile and saves the assembly on site. Ø75 mm castors handle thresholds better and two of them have a brake, Ø35 mm castors keep the column lower.
The real load rating of an assembly is the lower of two numbers, the column rating and the screen mount rating. The mount is ordered separately and is chosen by the VESA pattern and the weight of the screen. Two special versions in the range come with the mount included: KROSS FLIP for FLIP 55" and 65" displays with a rotating mount for portrait and landscape, and the 182915 stage monitor stand, 900 mm high, for two screens back to back with tilting mounts.

Limits and what to tell the customer
The screen mount is not part of the 1800XL and 2000XXL columns. A quote with a column and no mount cannot be ordered as a working assembly, the partner gets a column they cannot hang a screen on.
Two screens side by side only on 2000XXL. The 602506 dual mount goes on columns 182040, 182045, 182140 and 182145, not on the 1800XL columns.
The to-be-assembled versions ship unassembled. On site it belongs in the schedule as a separate step.
Only the Ø75 mm castors have a brake, two castors out of six. For the Ø35 mm castors the documentation lists no brakes.

Column and mount are always two items
This is the most common ordering mistake in the KROSS range. The 1800XL and 2000XXL columns are sold without a screen mount and are unusable without one. A quote needs at least a column plus a mount, typically also a camera shelf or a rear box for peripherals. Choose the mount by the VESA pattern and weight of the specific screen, not by its diagonal.
To be assembled, or factory assembled
Codes 182020, 182025, 182040 and 182045 ship to be assembled, codes 182120, 182125, 182140 and 182145 factory assembled. For code 182020 our price list states an assembled version, but the documentation applies, which is a column to be assembled. The factory assembled column with Ø35 mm castors is 182120.
Two screens mean a 2000XXL column
Anyone who wants two screens side by side needs a KROSS 2000XXL column and the 602506 mount. The 120 kg rating applies to the whole assembly, not per screen. Two screens side by side cannot be hung on an 1800XL column.

Net weight of the 1800XL column is 39 kg, the package weight of 182020 and 182025 is 68 kg. Net weight of the 2000XXL column is 77 kg, of the KROSS FLIP stand 39 kg. The 60 kg load rating of the 182915 stage monitor stand is given in the documentation without a split per screen and the VESA range of its mounts is 200 × 200 to 600 × 400. A dash means the value is not in the documentation, we will confirm it with the order.

The 602506 mount goes only on 2000XXL columns. It cannot be fitted to the 1800XL columns, which means 182020, 182025, 182120 or 182125. The assembly load rating is always the lower of the column rating and the mount rating. The KROSS FLIP stand and the 182915 stage monitor stand come with the mount included and do not belong in this table.

Installation design and services
The weakest link sets the load rating of the assembly: in a stand plus screen mount plus shelf assembly, the lowest of the stated load ratings always applies. Check the screen weight in its own datasheet, not from the diagonal.
Check VESA before ordering: the stated range is the maximum pattern, not a guarantee that the screen fits. On large formats and on screens with curved or irregular backs, verify both the pattern and the thickness in advance.
The wall type decides the fixing hardware: plasterboard, masonry and concrete each need different anchors. On part of the range the wall screw set is not in the box and the fixing hardware is chosen on site to suit the wall.
Cabling and service access belong in the design, not on the installation day: cable routing inside the column, the wall penetration and access to the back of the screen have to be in the room layout before anyone drills.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.
Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.
Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.
Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.
Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.
Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.
Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

Not on the 1800XL and 2000XXL columns. The mount is ordered as a separate item, by VESA pattern and screen weight the options are 510083 up to 400 × 400 and 60 kg, 510080 up to 600 × 600 and 70 kg or 602501 up to 800 × 500 and 70 kg. The KROSS FLIP stand and the 182915 stage monitor stand come with the mount included.
What is the difference between 1800XL and 2000XXL?

Can KROSS take two screens side by side?

Does the column arrive assembled?

Can the column be converted from mobile to fixed later?
For the to-be-assembled version yes, the box holds 6 castors and 6 height-adjustable fixed feet at the same time, so the configuration is chosen during assembly and can be changed later. The factory assembled version is mobile, a fixed configuration will be confirmed with the order. Only the Ø75 mm castors have a brake, two out of six.
Which displays is KROSS FLIP for?
The 180025 stand is designed for FLIP 55" and 65" displays in portrait and landscape, with a VESA 400 × 400 pattern and a 70 kg load rating. USB-A, USB-B, HDMI and RJ45 connectivity is brought out on the column. The 180005 glass shelf is optional and ordered separately. The warranty period for the KROSS FLIP stand will be confirmed with the order.
