Description
Room status visible from the corridor
The Jabra Scheduler is a room booking panel mounted outside the meeting room. Besides the 10.1″ touch display at 1920 × 1200, it has an integrated light bar that shows green when the room is free and red when it is occupied. People passing by do not have to read the display to know whether they can walk in.
For Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms
The panel runs Android 13 and is certified as a Microsoft Teams panel and as a Zoom Rooms scheduling display, plus ADA certification. Both apply to a single order code in the UC version, so the customer does not choose the platform in the order. It is managed through Jabra Plus, see Management and services.
Wall, mullion and glass mounting
The box contains an integral wall and table mount, a mullion mount and adhesive pads for glass mounting, so the panel can also go on the glass wall of a meeting room. It is powered over PoE IEEE 802.3af, through one Ethernet cable. It also has Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.2 for future use.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
The light bar shows room status even from a distance
One code for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms
Wall, mullion and glass mounts are in the box
Data and power over one cable with PoE
Limits and what to tell the customer
The panel needs PoE. An Ethernet cable from an 802.3af PoE switch has to reach the mounting position.
Neither a PoE injector nor an Ethernet cable is in the box. We carry the cable as code
14302-26.Bluetooth is intended for future use, do not plan on it today.
⚑ atlantis note
The cable to the panel belongs in the project
The Scheduler is powered over PoE only, even though it has Wi-Fi. Every door where a panel will hang therefore needs an Ethernet outlet fed by a PoE IEEE 802.3af switch. If the switch has no PoE, we will confirm a suitable injector with your order.
Glass walls
For glass mounting there are adhesive pads in the box, for framed partitions the mullion mount. The cable still has to reach the glass, so plan the route together with the partition installation.

Good fit
Meeting rooms booked through Microsoft Teams or Zoom Rooms, offices with glass walls, companies with several rooms where free rooms need to be visible at a glance.
Verify
Which platform the customer uses for bookings. Whether Ethernet with PoE is available at the door. Whether the panel goes on a wall, a mullion or glass.
Consider another model
Jabra Control IP, where the need is to run the video bar inside the room, not bookings outside it.

What to check before ordering and deploying
Platform: booking through Microsoft Teams or Zoom Rooms, the code is the same
PoE: a PoE IEEE 802.3af switch for every panel
Cable: Ethernet to the mounting position, or
14302-26Position: at the room entrance, visible from the corridor
Mounting: wall, mullion, 25° angled or glass
Glass wall: the cable route to the panel
Management: Jabra Plus, see Management and services
Warranty+: ordered only together with the device, see Warranty
The atlantis team will help with every point. With booking panels the usual question is getting a PoE cable to the door, which is best planned together with the rest of the room cabling.
Management and services
Management follows the platform: in native mode the device is managed from the administration of the platform the room runs.
Jabra Plus: cloud management of Jabra meeting room devices, that is scheduled bulk firmware updates, configuration, status monitoring, remote restart and an inventory of devices and rooms. Support and the scope of management differ by model, so check both with us for the specific device and system.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we deliver projects through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we take on the whole delivery, on another we cover just the part the partner currently lacks capacity or specialisation for, and on a third the partner manages alone and uses us only for a consultation.
Before the decision: a consultation on choosing the system and a comparison of the suitable options. The recommendation is built on the size and the character of the room, that is light, acoustics, shape, seating layout and furnishing, then on headcount and on how meetings are actually run there. We offer a live demonstration at our premises, which the partner can bring their customer to, and where it is warranted a test installation, that is a proof of concept.
Delivery and installation: transport, professional mounting and the work that goes with it, that is cabling, installation material, brackets and room alterations. We handle the installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed.
Network readiness and security: we advise on preparing the network for the demands of two-way real-time video, that is throughput, latency and traffic prioritisation, and on securing the communication.
Configuration and integration: setting up the communication platform and the room account, connecting to the network, and advice on linking and integrating third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, that is one thing for room users and another for administrators, plus preparation of both project and user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
Warranty
The product carries the standard Jabra warranty, and we will confirm its length for the specific order code with your order.
Included
Manufacturer's warranty
At its discretion the manufacturer repairs or replaces a faulty unit, or refunds the purchase price. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

Extension
Jabra Warranty+
It extends the warranty period, not its scope, and starts when the standard warranty ends. It is bought only together with the device, at the time of purchase, and cannot be ordered later. The customer receives an e-mail confirmation from the manufacturer listing the serial numbers.
at purchase only
Take note
Wear parts
The warranty does not cover cables, ear cushions, head and neck bands, pouches, stands, power adapters and removable batteries. A part that stops working within 14 days of purchase is treated as faulty at purchase.

Warranty+ order codes by length of extension. 1 year 802X-39891, 2 years 802X-39892, 3 years 802X-39893. It is ordered in the same order as the device.
FAQ
What is the Scheduler for?
The Jabra Scheduler is a booking panel for outside the meeting room. Its 10.1″ touch display shows bookings, and its light bar signals whether the room is free, in green, or occupied, in red.
Which platforms is it for?
The Jabra Scheduler is certified as a Microsoft Teams panel and as a Zoom Rooms scheduling display. Both certifications apply to the single code 8020-239.
How is the panel powered?
The Jabra Scheduler is powered over PoE IEEE 802.3af. An Ethernet cable from a PoE switch therefore has to reach the mounting position. Neither an injector nor a cable is in the box.
How is the panel mounted?
The Jabra Scheduler mounts on a wall, a mullion, at a 25° angle or on glass. The integral wall and table mount, the mullion mount and the glass adhesive pads are in the box.
Does the panel have Wi-Fi?
The Jabra Scheduler has Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. It is powered over PoE, however, so an Ethernet cable has to reach the panel in any case.
Is there a different code for Teams and for Zoom?
The Jabra Scheduler has a single order code 8020-239 in the UC version. Platform versions for Teams and Zoom are not ordered separately.
