Description

A voice for the far end, even in a noisy office

The Jabra Evolve3 45 is a headband headset with a microphone arm, in a mono or stereo version. Calls are handled by three-microphone Jabra ClearVoice™ technology tuned for noisy open-plan offices, and the headset has four MEMS microphones in total. The microphone arm is reversible.

ANC and HearThrough for the user

Active noise cancellation works with microphones on the outside of the ear cups and damps the room for the user, and HearThrough lets it back in on demand. A busylight visible through 180° shows the room that the user is on a call; on some variants the LED also shows Microsoft Teams notifications.

A battery that can be replaced

With ANC and busylight off it delivers up to 21 hours of talk time, with both on up to 16 hours. Charging takes up to 100 minutes, and ten minutes of charging give up to 2 hours of talk time. The user replaces the battery themselves; we carry the replacement under code 14151-14.

Limits and what to tell the customer

The 21-hour figure applies with ANC and busylight off; with both on it is 16 hours.
We will confirm Microsoft Teams certification for a specific MS code at the order. Only some variants show Teams notifications on the LED.
The separate stand comes without a cable. Stand 14217-16 is supplied without a cable; we carry the USB-C to USB-C cable separately.
A new range. The Evolve3 45 is in our range from September 2026; allow for the availability of individual codes when planning.

How to read the order code

The middle group sets the version and branch: 889 is mono UC, 899 is mono MS, 989 is stereo UC and 999 is stereo MS. The last group sets the adapter and the stand: 899 is USB-C, 999 is USB-A, 889 is USB-C with a stand and 989 is USB-A with a stand. The reading comes from the variant table, and we always confirm it at the order.

Adding a stand and a spare cable

The separate desk stand 14217-16 is supplied without a cable. A 1.2 m USB-C to USB-C cable, the same type as in the box, is carried under code 14208-53. If the customer wants a stand, the simplest route is to order a code with the stand straight away.

Consumables

For headsets in all-day use, plan for cushion replacement; for the Evolve3 45 we carry 14102-26 as a single pair. The battery is user-replaceable, replacement 14151-14.

Management and services

Jabra Direct: the manufacturer's free application for Windows and macOS. It updates firmware, adjusts device settings such as sidetone or hearing protection, and handles call control in softphones.
Jabra Plus: cloud management of Jabra devices for IT, that is scheduled bulk firmware updates, configuration, status monitoring and inventory. Support and the scope of management differ by model, so check both with us for the specific device and deployment.

atlantis services for partners

atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope, according to their own capacity and skills, from a consultation alone to taking on the whole deployment.

Before the decision: a consultation on the model and the order code and a comparison of the suitable variants. We base the recommendation on the user's role, because a contact centre agent, a manager on the move and a shared workstation each need a different headset. We arrange a sample to try so the customer can check comfort, audio and range before ordering for a whole team.
Deployment and configuration: bulk settings and management of the headsets, connection to the communication environment, and advice on linking third-party software and hardware.
Training and documentation: training prepared to match the user's role, plus preparation of the user documentation.
Service and support after the sale: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

The warranty does not cover cables, ear cushions, head and neck bands, pouches, stands, power adapters and removable batteries. A part that stops working within 14 days of purchase is treated as faulty at purchase.
