Description
WILL is the range of mobile stands for a single screen. The stand rests on a heavy steel base with multidirectional castors, the column carries the screen and the whole cabling runs inside it. It is deployed where one screen and video bar assembly serves several rooms, where drilling into the wall is not allowed and where the presentation kit moves according to the programme of the day.
The range comes in three sizes and they differ by more than height alone. WILL 1050L carries 30 kg, takes screens 30 to 65 inches and a maximum screen thickness of 50 mm. WILL 1400XL carries 50 kg, screens 40 to 85 inches and a thickness of 80 mm. WILL 1600XL carries 65 kg, screens 40 to 100 inches and a thickness of 100 mm, and it is the only one with 200 mm of screen height adjustment instead of 125 mm.
The choice of a specific code comes down to three numbers from the screen datasheet, the weight, the thickness and the VESA pattern. The diagonal is only a guide. The rest of the order code is set by the colour of the column, white or black, and by whether the glass shelf should be in the box. The base stays silver on all references without exception.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
The screen moves between rooms, the installation needs no drilling into the wall or the floor
Three sizes cover 30 to 100 inches and 30 to 65 kg on one construction principle
Cabling including the power strip hides inside the column, one cable leaves the stand
A 10 year warranty, the same service life as the rest of the brand's range
Limits and what to tell the customer
The maximum screen thickness is 50 mm on WILL 1050L, 80 mm on 1400XL and 100 mm on 1600XL. On screens with deep backs and on assemblies with a codec behind the screen, the thickness decides before the load rating does.
The centre of gravity sits high and the heavy base is what holds the stability. With the screen mounted, do not roll the stand over thresholds, cable trunking or floor joints. Plan a move between floors with the screen taken off.
The stand ships unassembled. The assembly itself is 30 minutes for one person, but mounting a screen above 30 kg is a two-person job. A WILL 1600XL assembly with a large screen exceeds 100 kg.
The base takes up floor space, 877 × 479 mm on 1050L, 928 × 510 mm on 1400XL and 1013 × 574 mm on 1600XL. In a narrow meeting room that footprint belongs in the room layout, not in the installation day.
⚑ atlantis note
The colour refers to the column
White and black describe the column, the base is silver on all references. So an all-white stand is not what goes into a white interior, and it is better to have that written in the quote than to sort it out over an unpacked product. Choose the colour of the glass shelf by the column, not by the base.
The shelf straight in the box
References 039021, 039031, 039041 and 039051 have the glass shelf in the box already. Up to two shelves can be fitted on one WILL stand, which is the usual combination for a codec and a touch control panel. On WILL 1600XL the shelf is always ordered separately.
Cables inside the column
The column has a dedicated space for a power strip, so a single cable runs from the stand to the wall socket. Decide on that when the assembly is designed. Bundling cables on the outside of the column afterwards shows more on a mobile stand than on any other installation.
Which installation
Range coverage | screens 30 to 100 inches, load rating 30 kg on WILL 1050L, 50 kg on 1400XL and 65 kg on 1600XL |
|---|---|
Floor | a flat hard floor or a low carpet, the stand stands free with no anchoring and no added ballast |
Position in the portfolio | a mobile floor stand for a single screen, for indoor professional installations |
Suitable
A meeting room and a classroom where one screen and video bar assembly serves several rooms. A showroom and a demo space. A temporary workplace, an event and a training session. Rented premises where drilling into the wall is not allowed.
Verify
The weight, thickness and VESA pattern of the specific screen from its datasheet. The width of doors and lifts on the route of the move. Thresholds, trunking and joints in the floor. The floor space set by the size of the base.
Consider another model
A screen heavier than 65 kg or thicker than 100 mm. A screen that stays in one place, where the fixed LUX-UP stand is the better fit. Two or more displays on one column. An installation in an outdoor environment.
The “Suitable” field follows from the technical parameters of the range, the “Verify” and “Consider another model” fields from the practice of the atlantis team.

Where the range sits
Range | Version | Load | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
WILL ◂ this range | mobile stand on castors | 30 kg, 50 kg and 65 kg | the screen moves between rooms, 30 to 100 inches |
LUX-UP | fixed stand without castors | 30 kg and 50 kg | the screen stays in one place, a slim Ø 60 mm mast and ±20° swivel |
WILL accessories | shelf, camera shelf, codec box | 5 kg | a surface to put things on and peripherals held on the column |
The difference between WILL and LUX-UP is a single one and it decides everything. WILL has castors and is built to be moved, LUX-UP stands in one place, is slimmer and can swivel the screen by ±20°. If the stand never moves after the installation, on the WILL range the customer pays for castors that go unused and takes up more floor with the larger base footprint.
What to verify before ordering and installing
Screen weight: from the screen datasheet, the ceiling is 30 kg on 1050L, 50 kg on 1400XL and 65 kg on 1600XL
Screen thickness: 50 mm on 1050L, 80 mm on 1400XL and 100 mm on 1600XL, on deep backs it decides before the weight does
VESA pattern: 200 × 100 to 400 × 400 on 1050L, 200 × 100 to 600 × 600 on 1400XL and 1600XL
Floor space: the base footprint drawn into the room layout, not estimated on site
Route of the move: the width of doors and lifts, thresholds, cable trunking and floor joints
Power: a power strip inside the column and a single cable from it to the wall socket
Accessories: how many shelves, the camera shelf, the codec box and its limit to 1400XL and 1600XL
Assembly: the stand arrives unassembled, mounting a large screen is a two-person job
The atlantis team helps with every point. From matching the stand size to the specific screen through accessories and cabling to installation, commissioning and handover of the documentation.
Installation design and services
The weakest link sets the load rating of the assembly: in a stand plus screen mount plus shelf assembly, the lowest of the stated load ratings always applies. Check the screen weight in its own datasheet, not from the diagonal.
Check VESA before ordering: the stated range is the maximum pattern, not a guarantee that the screen fits. On large formats and on screens with curved or irregular backs, verify both the pattern and the thickness in advance.
The wall type decides the fixing hardware: plasterboard, masonry and concrete each need different anchors. On part of the range the wall screw set is not in the box and the fixing hardware is chosen on site to suit the wall.
Cabling and service access belong in the design, not on the installation day: cable routing inside the column, the wall penetration and access to the back of the screen have to be in the room layout before anyone drills.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.
Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.
Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.
Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.
Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.
Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.
Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
Warranty
The ERARD PRO range is passive mechanics, so the warranty covers the structure, the welds, the moving parts and the finish. The warranty term is not the same across the brand and for a given item it is what is stated below.
Standard
10 years on the mechanics
This product carries a 10 year warranty, which ERARD PRO gives on most of its range. It covers the mechanics and the finish in indoor use.

Environment
Indoor use
The range is designed for indoor use. Outdoor installations, high humidity and aggressive environments are outside the scope of the warranty.

Take note
Installation per the manual
The warranty assumes installation per the manufacturer's manual and anchors suited to the wall construction. Exceeding the load rating or the VESA range is the most common reason a claim fails.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the WILL range and the LUX-UP range?
WILL is a mobile stand on multidirectional castors and it is built so that the screen and video bar assembly moves between rooms. LUX-UP is a fixed stand without castors, it stands in one place, has a slimmer mast of 60 mm in diameter and allows the screen to swivel by ±20°. When the stand will never be rolled anywhere, LUX-UP is the better choice.
Will the stand carry a 98 inch screen?
Yes, but only 039060 or 039070, that is WILL 1600XL. It takes screens 40 to 100 inches, carries 65 kg and handles a screen thickness up to 100 mm. The smaller WILL 1400XL stops at 85 inches and 50 kg. Above 85 inches always send the specific screen model, its weight and thickness are what decide.
What does the “with shelf” suffix in the name mean?
That the glass shelf is part of the stand package. It applies to references 039021, 039031, 039041 and 039051. On the other references the shelf is ordered separately under code 039080 in white or 039090 in black. Up to two shelves can be fitted on one stand.
Does codec box 039101 fit WILL 1050L?
It does not. Codec box 039101 is meant for WILL 1400XL and WILL 1600XL. On WILL 1050L use glass shelf 039080 or 039090 with a 5 kg load rating, or camera shelf 039100. The depth of the box is limited to 101.5 mm as well, which rules out deeper codecs even on the compatible sizes.
What colour is the base of the stand?
Silver, on all ten references without exception. White or black in the name describes the column, not the base. In an interior where the colour of the stand matters, it is better to state this in the quote already. Then choose the glass shelf in the colour of the column.
How many people are needed for the assembly?
The stand itself is assembled by one person in roughly 30 minutes, it ships unassembled. Mounting a screen above 30 kg is a two-person job though, and on WILL 1600XL that is not a recommendation but a necessity. The whole assembly of a large stand with a screen exceeds 100 kg and the centre of gravity sits high.
