Description

A code that states the mounting

Axeos uses one code structure across its holders. The code identifies both the device and the position, so an order does not have to describe in words whether the video bar hangs above or below the screen.

A holder instead of improvisation

A video bar resting on a shelf or taped to the frame is visible to the customer and tends to be the first complaint about how an installation looks. A VESA holder keeps the device on the screen axis and routes the cabling along the structure.

Lateral mounting for controllers and speakers

The ADT_R3 range places column speakers or a touch controller at the sides of the screen, fixed to the VESA. The installation is done in under ten minutes and with no visible cabling.

The most frequent position for video bars in a meeting room. In the code it is ADT_R1VESA, with the _DE suffix on two screens.

A camera above the screen

Where the camera should shoot from the top edge, ADT_R2 is the choice. For sets with speakers below and the camera above it is ADT_MIX.

A controller and speakers at the sides

The ADT_R3 range mounts a touch controller or column speakers laterally on the screen VESA.

• Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.

• Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.

• Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.

• Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.

• Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.

• Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
