Order it with the phone, not after installation. Ordering a bracket afterwards means a second engineer visit, which costs more than the kit itself. Plan a data outlet at the mounting point.

No. The Poly wall mount bracket 89D05AA is intended for the CCX 350, the CCX 400 takes kit 85W89AA.
How is the phone powered on the wall?
Power the CCX 350 on the wall over PoE from the data outlet. Where there is no PoE, power supply 86H66AA and a mains socket at the mounting point are needed.
