Crestron TS-770 and TS-880 are 7 in. and 8.1 in. tabletop touch screens for meeting rooms, classrooms and residential installations. The screen sits freely on the table on its own wedge base, takes power and data from a single network cable over PoE or PoE+, and needs no electrical box in the wall. TS-770 belongs to the TS-70 Series, TS-880 to the newer TS-80 Series with gigabit Ethernet, USB-C, Wi-Fi 6E and a proximity sensor.

Key features
7 in. (178 mm) display on TS-770 and 8.1 in. (204 mm) on TS-880, both 1280 × 800 pixels, 16:10 WXGA
Projected capacitive touch with 5-point multitouch, ±80° horizontal and ±80° vertical viewing angle
A single network cable carries power and data, PoE+ PD to IEEE 802.3at Type 2
Built-in microphone and speakers, Rava SIP intercom
TS-880 adds gigabit Ethernet, USB-C, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and a radar proximity sensor
The GV government version drops the microphone, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi; the R version is dedicated to the Crestron Home OS application
Tabletop TS, not wall mount TSW
TS stands for tabletop. The screen stands on the table on its own base, needs only a network outlet on or under the table, and no building work. The wall mount version carries an extra letter W in the code, that is TSW-770 and TSW-880, and goes into an electrical box or onto a mounting kit in the wall. The codes differ by a single letter, yet mixing them up on the order leaves the site with goods it cannot use: a tabletop screen has nothing to fix into a wall and a wall mount screen has no base.
The second choice is the generation. TS-770 runs 100 Mbps Ethernet, a USB Type-A port, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and a Bluetooth beacon, has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage and carries a project of up to 600 MB, in Crestron HTML5 as well as Smart Graphics. TS-880 has gigabit Ethernet, a USB-C port for room availability accessories, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, a radar proximity sensor, 8 GB RAM, 40 GB storage and a project of up to 1000 MB in Crestron HTML5. For a new installation with larger graphical projects choose TS-880; to extend an existing system built on Smart Graphics, TS-770 makes sense.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
A single network cable powers and connects the screen, no extra power supply appears on the table
The screen can stand freely, and on TS-770 a swivel kit fixes it permanently to the table with up to 330 degree rotation
Built-in microphone and speakers with Rava SIP intercom; on TS-880 the microphone and Bluetooth can be disabled in software
Limits and points to explain
The screen is a user interface, not a control processor; it needs a control system or a target platform to do anything
No power supply is included, the screen is powered only from a PoE or PoE+ port, and the switch budget or injector is ordered separately
The GV government version has no microphone, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and the R version is dedicated to the Crestron Home OS application
⚑ atlantis note
TS is not TSW
The most common ordering mistake is one letter. TS-770 and TS-880 are tabletop, TSW-770 and TSW-880 are wall mount. Before the code goes out, make sure where the screen is meant to end up on site.
PoE budget
TS-770 requests 15 W from an 802.3at Type 2 source with LLDP, 30 W from the same source without LLDP, and 15.4 W from an 802.3af or 802.3at Type 1 source. TS-880 requests 30 W as PoE+ Class 4, or 15.4 W as PoE Class 0. Watch the total budget on the switch, not just the number of free ports.
Fixing to the table
Where the screen has to stay put, add the TS-770/1070-SMK swivel kit to TS-770; it is ordered separately. That kit is not intended for TS-880, so plan for a free-standing screen there.
Room fit
The screen is not chosen by headcount but by what is controlled from it and how many elements the operator needs on screen. The 1280 × 800 resolution is the same on both sizes, so 8.1 in. offers a larger area, not a finer image.
Good fit
A meeting room, classroom or residential installation where control belongs on the table and a network port with a PoE or PoE+ budget is available.
Check the design
The PoE budget on the switch, fixing the screen permanently to the table, the size of the graphical project, the choice between TS-70 and TS-80 Series, and deploying the government version without Wi-Fi.
Consider another approach
If the screen belongs on a wall or beside a door, the wall mount TSW version is the right one. Where a larger control area is needed, use the TS-1070 and TS-1080 tabletop screens.

Management and services
XiO Cloud: cloud management for Crestron devices. The base tier is free and covers commissioning, bulk firmware updates, configuration, real-time device status and alerts. The Premium tier adds web-based remote control, scheduled actions, dashboards, historical reports and management of third-party devices. It is licensed by device count.
Integrator tools: configuration and diagnostics through Crestron Toolbox, the device web interface and the control system. A device registers with XiO Cloud over a single outbound connection on port 443, with no inbound access into the network.
atlantis services for partners
atlantis is a direct importer and distributor, and we supply through a network of specialist partners. The services below are therefore offered to the partner, not to the end customer. The partner sets the scope. On one project we are only the source of the parts and a consultation, on another we design the whole run and oversee the work, on a third we take on the installation in full.
Choosing the kit by camera and distance: we pick the kit from the camera or codec the customer already has, how far it sits from the equipment and which interface is used, that is HDMI, USB or fibre. We also say what to do about a device that is not on the compatibility list.
Route design and building readiness: we go through the cable run with the partner, the category and length of the cabling, the number and position of the boxes, the wall penetration and the space in the rack. On in-wall mounts the opening size and cavity depth are what matters, and we settle those before the order, not on site.
Completing the order: we match the kit with the right cables, power supply and mount, because that is exactly where jobs are left unfinished. We check that the pieces fit each other by connector and by length, and that nothing the partner needs on day one is missing from the delivery.
Installation and commissioning: we handle the professional installation in full, or support the partner's own team where needed. Once it is wired we test the link at full distance, that is picture, camera control and power, before the ceiling is closed.
Integration with the customer's environment: we advise on connecting to the codec, to the control system and to third-party software and hardware, and on how the kit behaves when the camera is swapped for a different model.
Service, spare parts and warranty: our certified team in Czech, available to the partner throughout the equipment's life. We keep track of the replacement modules and parts by range and handle a warranty claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.
Warranty
The standard warranty on Crestron hardware in Europe is 3 years from the date of Crestron shipment. For motors and moving mechanical parts it is 1 year.
Included
Three years from shipment
At its discretion the manufacturer repairs or replaces the faulty unit, or issues a credit. A claim goes through an RMA number, without one the manufacturer will not accept the goods. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on the partner's behalf.

Take note
What the warranty excludes
Outside the warranty are batteries and lamps, incorrect installation, modifications, environmental damage and the use of unapproved cables and accessories, and labour, that is removal, reinstallation and programming. After a replacement the remainder of the original term runs on, a new one does not start, and the warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

FAQ
What is the difference between TS-770 and TSW-770?
The form factor. TS is a tabletop screen on its own base that only needs a network outlet at the table. TSW is a wall mount screen for an electrical box or a mounting kit in the wall. The codes differ by a single letter, but on site they are two different jobs.
What is the difference between TS-770 and TS-880?
The generation. TS-770 from the TS-70 Series has a 7 in. display, 100 Mbps Ethernet, USB Type-A, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, a Bluetooth beacon, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage. TS-880 from the TS-80 Series has an 8.1 in. display, 1000 Mbps Ethernet, USB-C, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, a radar proximity sensor, 8 GB RAM and 40 GB storage.
What does the GV government version mean?
TS-770-GV drops the microphone, the Bluetooth beacon and Wi-Fi, and TS-880-GV drops the proximity sensor as well. The display, resolution, touch, PoE power and USB port stay the same as on the standard version.
What are the TS-770R and TS-880R variants for?
They are screens dedicated to the Crestron Home OS application and are intended for residential installations. The standard versions target residential and enterprise use and support custom Crestron HTML5 projects.
What power does the screen need?
PoE or PoE+ to IEEE 802.3at Type 2; the screen has no other power input. Depending on the source, TS-770 requests 15 W, 30 W or 15.4 W, and TS-880 requests 30 W as PoE+ Class 4 or 15.4 W as PoE Class 0. No power supply or injector is included.
What about the warranty and central management?
Both are described in the Management and services section and in the Warranty section on this page.
